"love the ocean"

The room was great. Our balcony was great and thanks to Kim I had an ocean view. I love the short path to the beach, The hotel is being renovated, and they are still working on some floor's construction can be noisy during the day; however, staff is very helpful.

This is an ideal location for a beachside stay for any occasion. Beautiful pool plenty of sun and shade, which is important. Easy beach accees. Chair and umbrella rental at beach is available and reasonable priced if you need it. It is recently renovated and they are still working on some floors never heard any construction noise. Staff was delightful. There are also washing machines and dryers available for use by guests. Lobby has food and coffee available and wine and beer available for purchase. There is a mini frig, microwave and safe in the room. The room was spacious. Only the bathroom counter was a bit limited. Our balcony was great even though we didn't see the beach. Our room was Indian River and A1-A side. I highly recommend this hotel. There are AC units still in the room (older type. They are louder running 24/7 but work great. Just can't be avoided in a beach hotel but again you get used to it. The cost was fair between $250 and $275 for late April and early May in Florida on the beach. We were able to walk down to the beach walk to watch a launch. Clearly visible. If you plan to visit the beach at night you will need the red turtle friendly flashlight (easy to get cheap and available on Amazon). When Sumner really hits you will need mosquito spray to protect yourself from no seeums and mosquitoes on way to beach at dusk and beyond.

Whenever I'm working in the area, this courtyard is my number 1 choice. After a long day I love a good meal and a dip in the pool and hot tub. A few times I worked later than the restaurant was open, called ahead and the staff pre-positioned food for me! Kim helped me sort out reservations when I had to evacuate for hurricane Milton and come back after! They saved all the shirts I accidently left in the closet when I left. Theresa (Both Theresa's) are always attentive to customer needs. I'll be back!

Our room was super clean, view was great for watching the cruise ships depart, staff shout out KIM very helpful, no complaints. We opted to stay an extra day and enjoy the amenities especially the pool and pool side bar amazing and attentive staff staff!

After a very long day of driving - resulting in a late check in we were fortunate to be greeted by Kim who went well above and beyond any expectations we could have had. She answered all of our questions, combined our separate reservations, and created a perfect start to our stay.
