Just arriving to the room we immediately noticed a huge stain in the carpet, a big stain on the couch, and then when you start looking more, there are several very questionable stains on the bed skirt too. The elevators are super slow and randomly would quit working the first few days. The ice machine on our floor was broken. There was an old flower petal on the ground in the hallway all 4 days we were there that never got cleaned up. They have a ton of wooden furniture to go with the old west look but it's all beat to hell with chips and scratches everywhere. Our bathtub never drained properly and had a low point in the middle so you were always standing in water and it would never completely empty. The room only had 2 half rolls of toilet paper to start for a 4 night stay so after one roll was gone i went to the front desk to request another roll, it never came and I eventually had to hunt down one of the room attendants. Then finally, the last straw was on what was supposed to be our second to last day, I found a patch of black mold behind the bathroom door on the wall. No wonder my congestion had gotten so bad. We ended up packing up all of our belongings and leaving that day, a night early.

"Great value in a good location"

I was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel for about $100 in this area. We were able to walk to some really cool places, including The Vault, and then we found some "dive" bars (Skinny Slims and JJ's) and Rendezvous Pizza, which was very good. At night, the area does get a little bit sketchy - especially crossing under the bridge to the Bricktown area so I would just say be aware of your surroundings, or Uber after dark. The hotel was very nice but the bar hours were a little slim and our room carpet was very noticeably dirty and stained, which kind of took away from the fact that it WAS a nice room. Bed was pretty comfy. Check-in was smooth/fast. Valet young men were great! The little sundry shop is convenient for snacks. Pool and gym were well kept.

"Probably the worst 4 star hotel I have ever visited"

The experience was very poor. Short-staffed at front desk; mildew smell in room; non-functional A/C; cheap plastic sheets without breathability; shower soap dispenser empty and not refilled when requested; non-functional key cards; no room service (even though there is QR code for room service in the room); iron full of mold. Very poor.
