"Worst experience ever"

⭐ 1-Star Review: Worst Experience of My Life – DO NOT STAY HERE This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve stayed in plenty of places. I drove six hours to get here, exhausted and ready to rest, only to be hit with the most unprofessional, careless service I’ve ever encountered. From the start, I didn’t feel welcomed. I had a confirmation number, but they said I wasn’t in their system. The front desk didn’t lift a finger to help. Instead, I was told to call the website myself — no apology, no solution, just pushed off like it was my problem. I went to my car and called. That’s when I spoke to Gigi, who made it worse. She called the hotel, then got back on the line and said their system was down and I needed to wait in my car until it came back up. I told her how far I’d driven and how I just needed to sleep, and she replied, “There’s nothing we can do.” I asked to cancel the reservation and she said I could — but I’d still be charged for the night. Then she hung up on me after I declined her promo offer. I called back and talked to someone else, who also pushed the same promotion, then transferred me again. This next agent seemed kind and told me she spoke with the front desk, and that I could finally come in. That was a lie. I walked up, and the front desk said, “I didn’t tell her that — you’re still not in the system.” Eventually, someone at the front desk said they’d create a new reservation and if my original came through, they’d delete it. Still no apology, no comps, no parking, nothing for the hours of stress and confusion. I finally got into a room at 9 PM — still not officially checked in. As if all that wasn’t bad enough — the room was a disaster. It smelled like old cigarettes, and walking into it felt like stepping into the early 2000s. The TV? Tiny, and rigged with cords to even turn on — just sloppy and sad. I was so tired I couldn’t even complain anymore. But it still wasn’t over. The next morning, I was told I’d get a text when my car was ready from valet. That text never came. I called downstairs and was met with the same rude, dismissive attitude. I asked if they could have the car ready since it takes time — he said, “You can come down and tell them yourself.” Only after pushing did he say, “Fine, I’ll tell them,” like it was some huge favor. This entire experience was beyond unacceptable. No one cared. No one took responsibility. I’ve never felt so dismissed, disrespected, and exhausted by what should have been a simple check-in. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Do NOT stay here. You’ll regret it.

We were doing route 66 and we booked at this hotel, we've already been to multiple hotels during our trip but this was simply one of the best! The rooms were a but outdated but still feasible. The valet was extremely helpful a younger gentlemen Ryan helped with all of our questions and was extremely polite. The pool was nice, there's also a gym. The food was good but a bit pricey as expected. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

"Old and worn out"

Very dated and worn out. Front desk was understaffed and not very welcoming. Although our room was nice and cool and the bedding seemed clean, it wasn't very comfortable due to the fixtures and deco being old and worn out. Only had one regular coffee for the two of us. I would not recommend this Wyndham to anyone unless you don't mind dated and worn facilities
