Awaken by fire alarm, water all over the building. No ice machine that worked. No acknowledgement or apologies, and no discount applied to our stay.

We arrived around 4PM. Our room was not ready. We were told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. We sat in the lobby 2 1/2 hours waiting for our room to be ready. The guy that was helping us acted like this was normal. Wrong, you don't keep your people waiting. We were never offered a bottle of water while we waited. I paid $5 for a bottle of water because of their mistake! When we actually got into the room, it was not right. We were supposed to have 2 beds and a sofa. I called for 2 blankets. No one ever came. My grandson had to get up, get dressed and go get them. The bathroom sink was nasty! Needless to say, I will never be back.

Overall the hotel was very good. We enjoyed a spa day at 10 North. The hotel is conveniently located. We could walk to many activities.

"Not a 4 star room or service"

The room 1212 needs to be shut down and deep cleaned or completely renovated. It was gross and not worth $309. I asked for half my money back and they want to give me $25 in their points. Ridiculous customer service despite asking repeatedly on text about service reviews. NOT a 4 star hotel and I would never return. The management clearly replies blanket responses and no real resolution. I’d rather pay $400 at the Omni and have a LOT better service and room. I’m embarrassed I even let it go for one night. Disgusting.
