"DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY"

Extremely uncomfortable and poor experience. The interior doorknob to the bathroom did not work; when the door was closed, completely unable to open the door from the inside. Water in the bathroom - sink and shower - never did get even warm (much less hot!). The bathroom smelled musty. The heater in the room did not function properly; had to turn the thermostat to 90 to get it to emit warm air through the air vents. The front desk personnel were non-responsive. This property is HORRIBLE.

"Do not be fooled by the fancy name"

Overall bad experience. AC not working in the first room I was assigned. Dirty room and dirty bathroom. Internet stopped working. Most TV channels did not work. TV remote control had no batteries. Phone disconnected. Just not the right way to greet new guests.

I honestly had a better stay here than I expected. The restaurant on the property serves fresh, well-cooked food that tastes great. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and a nice place to relax after a long day. I also liked that they’ve added a bar for guests—it’s a great touch and makes the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again.

I loved staying here. The staff were very friendly, the place was amazing, and my children really enjoyed the pool. I also had a great dinner there , especially the amazing pizza.

"Just Nasty"

Do yourself a favor and move on from this hotel. Drive the extra distance. It's nasty. Being a longtime Whydam holder, you would think they would treat us better. The room was nasty, it had no heat, no hot water, the tub look like if u step in it, it will cut your feet, water damaged lamp shades, broken drawers, bed look unmade, empty toilet paper rolls, vents are bad, they put us in a back corner, with alot of outside noise, no and empty bathroom amenities, i thought i was going to die in the elevator because it dropped. RUNAWAY
