Contemporary and climate-controlled guest rooms at Walt Disney World Swan feature coffee/tea makers, small refrigerators, and in-room safes. Beds come with pillowtop mattresses, signature bedding, triple sheeting, and goose-down down comforters. Bathrooms feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. WiFi is complimentary. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Walt Disney World Swan! The room was immaculate, the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Loved the walk in shower! The bed was super comfy. We called for extra pillows & blankets & within minutes they arrived. The views from our room were incredibly stunning!!! The front desk employees were all very accommodating & attentive. Superior service! Really great pool area! We loved our morning walks around the boardwalk loop, enjoyed many restaurants in the area, so convenient! We loved the close proximity to Epcot! We definitely look forward to coming back to the Swan Hotel.

This hotel is good, but the gym leaves much to be desired. The rower in the gym is the worst rower I’ve ever rowed on. The display isn’t really displaying. The dual adjustable pulley machine is missing a clip on one side, which makes had the machine useless.

From the moment of arrival, service stands out. The staff exudes that effortless Marriott professionalism—attentive, genuinely friendly, and eager to help without hovering. Whether arranging transportation, recommending dining options, or simply offering a warm greeting, every interaction reinforces the hotel’s commitment to elevated hospitality. Dining options here exceed the typical “resort-adjacent” fare. Each restaurant we sampled, even for a casual drink or light bite, impressed with consistent quality and attentive service. There’s an emphasis on freshness and presentation, making it easy to linger longer than planned. Our guestroom, generously sized and thoughtfully designed, offered the essentials for a relaxing weekend stay. The space felt fresh and comfortable, with the expected touches of an upper-tier Marriott. The bathroom, while modern and attractive, could benefit from a larger vanity area—an improvement that would make getting ready in the mornings far more convenient for couples or families. Location, of course, is this property’s ace. We stayed at the hotel 11/29/25-11/2/25. I purchased a room for 4 nights stay and paid for a resort view. When I arrived they gave me a room that viewed a trifle top and air conditioner vents. When I spoke to the manager they moved me to a better room. Then Saturday night, 11/1/25. I turned off the lights and got in bed. I forgot something and got out of bed turned on the lights only to find cockroaches running around the floor in the room. My husband tried to kill them but fell and hit his knees, shoulder and head. I told the manager and he moved me again to another room and this time the people in the room beside me were very loud until 12 midnight. I called and reported it but nothing helped. They gave me a credit of $163 for roaches being in my room. It ruined my vacation. Beware of what goes on in your hotel room when the lights go out.

We decided to try this hotel last minute and were very happy we did. Great location. Rooms were clean, beds were great. Have to be honest, I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel that provides multiple pillow choices! It may have just been our room but it was heavenly. We walked the boardwalk area, enjoyed the pool, ate at the Italian restaurant on premises, great food. I’m not a fan of having to pay the $50 resort fee and $38 parking fee, but we’re warned ahead of time. I guess you pay for what you get. We loved the location and even took the gondolas to do a little exploring. We did not go into any of the parks on this trip.
