Ok, first of all the staff was friendly at check in. We came in town for a one night trip to the beach to escape 30 degree weather it was only 62 the day we were here but the sun was shining and it’s still the beach. We stayed oceanfront (they have multiple buildings so make sure you know where you’re pricing out your room to be). There was a full size kitchen area which we never used, but was there. A weird tall bar with missing outlets maybe to be used as a desk or a place to serve food from? It was odd. The beds were comfy, better than expected! There were claw marks on things from previous animals.. oh… did I say they allow dogs? There must have been over 4 rooms around us that had dogs (I’m an animal person-but it was a lot) the neighbors next door had a dog and they were very vocal trying to get it to be quiet. The walls are pretty thin! Keep that in mind if you can hear them they can hear you too! All in all we’d stay again but maybe request a room away from a dog. Also, I should mention the shower has NO water pressure. But the views were amazing!!! You can lay in bed and hear the ocean - balcony’s were spacious too! And we’ve stayed at a lot worse.

Pictures can be misleading! I thought this hotel was ocean front, actually only a few rooms and the indoor pool are, while most of the hotel is across the street from the beach. The inside of our room looked recently upgraded and was not bad for what it was. The outdoor pool and lazy river looked quite nice, but since we were there in November, we did not use either. Just be aware this is an old hotel that shows its age on the outside.

No Hot Water. Room Smelled like Mold. Loud. Refuse room 1103 . It not a good room. The Staff scared my wife. She thought he was an Intruder. He never announced he was maintenance. Worst trip in my life

The first impression normally last. The Management and Staff of this Hotel are doing an excellent job in how they respond to the needs of a guest. One of the best front office team I have come across in all my stays. Myrtle Beach has won. Very Professional, caring and listens well. The rooms are Clean and the location is great.
