"Amazing experience! Best hotel in Philly by far!!"

So this hotel blew us away! We took our daughters and some friends here to celebrate her 13 birthday and they could not have made this more special! It was one of the most thoughtful stays I have ever had! They took such amazing care of us we all felt like celebrities! We will definitely be back and will never stay anywhere else in Philly! Absolutely exceptional service and beautiful rooms!! Manuel was truly amazing and made sure we had a fantastic time throughout!!!

We had an amazing stay at the Rittenhouse for our anniversary weekend! Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, great check in process, valet was wonderful and helpful. Loved our room, it was beautiful and spacious! I loved how all lights were controlled by light switches on wall Bed, bedding and towels were very comfortable, beautiful spacious bathroom. We had drinks at the Library bar and breakfast at LaCroix was delicious! Hotel is great location and convenient to many sites in Philadelphia. The park across street is nice and was busy. We arrived Saturday morning and park was busy with farmers market that we were told they have every Saturday. We had dinner reservations for our anniversary at the Rittenhouse Grill which was a quick 5 minute walk from hotel. The hotel staff also gave us complimentary drink tickets for our anniversary, that was so nice. I asked the young lady helping us at front desk as I really try to remember names for reviews, however she was so nice, friendly and helpful with hotel information. I want to say her name was Patricia however I'm not 100% sure. Daniel in Library bar was great also! He continuously checked on us to ensure we were doing well and needed more drinks. The complimentary sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries was an unexpected pleasant surprise for our anniversary, thank you so much! The hotel and room were immaculate and very clean. Hotel was very nice and quiet, no hall or ceiling above noises, and value of hotel for the superb quality of service and amenities is top notch! Overall, we had an amazing stay, staff were wonderful and hotel was beautiful and runs like a well-oiled machine.

"Excellent and Thoughtful Service led to Amazing Experience in Philly"

My family and I stayed in a corner-room suite. All amenities and furnishings were clean and comfortable. From the front desk staff, to the valet, to the spa salon staff and hotel porters went above and beyond great service. Very accommodating and providing support before we knew to request it. The library bar atmosphere was relaxed and well stocked with variety of wines. Location-wise, we could do walk to almost all destinations. The view of Rittenhouse Square from our room was beautiful in the evenings. The fitness center with individual saunas and steam rooms were well-designed.

We stayed three nights at the Rittenhouse. The valet staff and everyone who helped us with our luggage were very helpful and kind. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We took a suite, and it was spacious and beautiful with a city view. The in-room dining service was very fast, and the food was delicious, especially the chef’s pastry basket. Dinner at Lacroix was also very enjoyable

The Rittenhouse has extra-large rooms that are clean and well-appointed, with a lil extra coffee pods and bottled water than the norm, which we appreciated. The staff were all very open and friendly, again, more than the norm. The location right on the Square was superb, and the weight room, sauna, steam room and pool were clean and well-stocked.
