We stayed three nights at the Rittenhouse. The valet staff and everyone who helped us with our luggage were very helpful and kind. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We took a suite, and it was spacious and beautiful with a city view. The in-room dining service was very fast, and the food was delicious, especially the chef’s pastry basket. Dinner at Lacroix was also very enjoyable

The Rittenhouse has extra-large rooms that are clean and well-appointed, with a lil extra coffee pods and bottled water than the norm, which we appreciated. The staff were all very open and friendly, again, more than the norm. The location right on the Square was superb, and the weight room, sauna, steam room and pool were clean and well-stocked.

Great hotel in a great location. The concierge was amazing. He organized great tours for us and scored hard to get dinner reservations. We also enjoyed the bar on the second floor. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely be back again.

4.5 star experience. Very nice property with incredibly spacious rooms and a very convenient location in the heart of the city. The toiletries were so nice (le labo!) and the service was excellent. Only minor drawback for me was that the pool was underwhelming.
