Location is perfect. So many things outside of the offerings inside the hotel are either within walking distance, a short car ride, or a quick Door Dash. The atmosphere from the time you pull up in the valet lane, to check-in, to the lobby, the room…quite literally every space is catered and cultured for luxury and peace. The room was quiet, comfortable, pleasant to be in, and easy to find. For what you get, you quite literally can’t beat the price at nearly any other hotel in Chattanooga. I never once saw a dirty or unkempt area anywhere in the entire building. The attention to detail and comfort is excellent. And as far as the offerings within the hotel, you quite literally can not beat having almost anything you may need in the doors without ever having to leave. A restaurant, bar, women’s clothing store, a Starbucks, a pool, a gym. Top to bottom 10/10.

The Read House was a great experience. Ask to get the 311 room tour while you are here to get some macabre history. Kirby the derby was our guide and he was an excellent entertainer/ story teller.

Our first stay at The Read House! Love the history and charm of this hotel and we had a very fun and relaxing stay! We ordered the delicious french onion soup at the bar and billards for a more casual dinner and enjoyed exploring all the different areas! The bed was dreamy! Can't wait for our next visit!
