"Best Hotel experience!"

My 93 yr old mom and I received a gift certificate for The Read House for Christmas. We checked in and immediately felt so welcomed and comfortable. Starting with the “Tip of the hat” from John to the front desk crew Kurt, Erik, Jennifer, Dylan, David, Jared, and of course, Dallas, to our wonderful server at Bridgeman ChopHouse, Richie and all of the staff/servers from housekeeping, Starbucks and beyond. This was by far the best experience in hospitality we could have hoped for. The hotel lobby is jaw dropping! Beautifully designed and decorated. We even did a tour of room 311 (thank you, John)! Because of the ice/snow storm they were predicting, and my mother’s age, we decided to play it safe and stay for the duration and we were not disappointed! They took such great care of our every need. I highly recommend staying here and look so forward to our next visit. Thank you all for allowing us to experience the absolute best there is in hospitality in the Chattanooga area! Diana Myers

"Very nice visit to Chattanooga at the Read House"

A lovely visit to the Read House and Chattanooga. The hotel has the old classic atmosphere with modern features. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bed is one of the best I have experienced in hotels. The bathroom with large walk in shower was very nice. The workout facilities are clean and functional. The pool was a nice break and popular. Every single hotel staff member was very nice and friendly. The bar and pool table was fun. The amazing number of places that are a close walk to enjoy and that Chattanooga keeps downtown walkable makes it a favorite location. I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay again.
