Wonderful hotel. The valet service was better than any other. Kayla met us at the front and took care of us from the moment we arrived. I had a small bus load of students. They were gracious and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect. Short walk to shops, restaurants and other attractions.

This was an amazing experience! The hotel was super clean and such a nice establishment! The receptionist Summer was also super sweet and amazing at helping me with any questions I had! She got me in and out quickly and was all smiles the entire time!! You can tell she loves what she does and is a super sweet young lady!! I truly couldn’t ask for better hospitality and it’s hard to find that in hotels sometimes but there was a ton here. I recommend them to my family and friends if they ever visit Portland! 10/10!!

First arriving to the Hotel, Summer my Valet person, came right up and greeted me to the hotel. I was really there for the roof top bar which was AMAZING. Summer was very kind and welcomed a nice conversation. She offered to help with any luggage and told me about valet prices. Most Valet folks just blurt out valet prices and rushes you out the car, but she was patient and helpful.
