They do not understand who their clientele is. Everyone at pool over 60 so why play obnoxious loud hip hop with offensive lyrics, all day? Please give us NO music or other music! Rooms are poorly maintained. No hot water. Safe locked . Plugs fall out so cannot charge phone. Bathroom door needs two people to pull to close it. Stood by pool and staff sees me. Been there 1 week and was always let in. Apparently on my 7th day, now need to use room key. Why didn't staff member standing inside tell me instead of standing there? A guest told me. Really? Maid staff and front staff were friendly. No coffee makers any more but more money for room.

The Orleans was recommended by a co worker. My First time in Vegas, and had a great Stay, Everything I needed was in the hotel. I have already Booked my next stay. Yeah, no Coffee pot, and Fridge kind of a bummer, Coffee shop and food court was enough to get me by. Loved it...

We were looking for a hotel that was budget friendly, had things to do within the hotel aside from gambling, offered options for casual places to eat and was aesthetically pleasing. This checked all the boxes for us. This is not a modern and luxurious hotel however it’s comfortable and clean. We stayed in a double queen bed room on the second floor. The beds were pretty minimal with 3 basic pillows and a thin duvet between white sheets (no big blanket or comforter on top). AC was nice and cold, water pressure in the shower was great and although the furnishings were dated, we still enjoyed our room. Food court downstairs with Sbarro, Baskin Robbin’s, Asian food and a burger place. The cafe serves Starbucks coffee and there’s a chocolate shop near the elevators. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or bowling alley but maybe next visit. We will stay here again!
