Incredible service! I’ve been staying in MB over 20 years but this was my first visit to this resort. I booked it because of beach access and I could bring my dog. Every single staff member was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy too! Many resorts have you park across the street or in a small garage ( not here!). Room was comfortable and clean and quiet! The resort offers great restaurant, music and activities. There’s a pier to walk out on and great beach access. I can’t edit your go back

I stayed at the Hilton Elle in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Staff is fantastic, great people. They had to be, because out room(s) were disasters. The first room - 284, had dirty floors, which I could clean because the shower flooded the bathroom. At 3 in the morning the AC fan went berserk and woke me up with metal hitting metal. Maintenance said they fixed it and at 4 AM the next night it happened again. We moved to room 177. The light switch didn't work because someone had put the plug behind the bed, which is built in, and so there was an extension cord hanging from the table with all the electricals plugged into it. yes - I said hanging from the table. The table was placed so you couldn't reach the lamp, so it was very dark in the front of the suite. The reading lights in the bunk bed didn't work either. there were a couple of power surges that blew through the property, causing one of the conference rooms not to have power for all the participants. One of the power surges blew out the heating element of my very expensive iron. I was there on a quilting retreat. There was only one chair in the room, and no other seating area. There was a hanging rack against the wall were maybe there had once been a couch. It didn't resemble the picture for that room at all. There was one roll of toilet paper in the room, and we ran out at 2 in the morning. I had assumed there would be another roll in the room. Wrong. Waited until morning to call to get another one, and after an hour went and found housekeeping to get one. House keeping showed up at 8:30 on a morning we were staying, and never came back though they were requested to do so at a later hour. In the evening we called for housekeeping to come and do the job we requested. The front desk people were awesome, and they took care of us - but there was no reason for a Hilton Tapestry to have these problems. I wouldn't expect them at a Hotel 6. But the front staff was exceptionally nice, above and beyond. Very kind, thoughtful, considerate and professional. Too bad they had to work so hard to fix so many problems.
