The beds were comfortable the pillows were fluffy. Housekeeping was amazing and we were fortunate enough to get an ocean view. We were greeted upon arrival the rooms and entryways were clean. The staff was friendly. The cookies are amazing the restaurant, Oceanside, and the restaurant with Ellie and Doubletree staff was absolutely amazing. I feel safe and secure. You cannot access the elevators without a key. There were double locks on the patio doors. The room appear to be updated. Although parking was $15 and you have a three dollar charge. There was games on the ground floor, music, entertainment activities throughout the day and for different days. Free pier access as an Ellie guest and easy access to the beach.

Very nice place. I love the recent update they did, especially the colors used in rooms. Very bright and uplifting. Also having 2 king beds in the room is nice. However, the floors were not very clean. After walking around in the room without my socks on for a little while, the bottoms of my feet were black. Everything else was extremely clean in the room. Also, be prepared for jets flying over the resort. They are in the flight path for the airport nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

Wonderful spring break with family at The Ellie . We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very kind . You are welcomed with a package of mini golf and fishing experience at the pier and lots more … Big shout out to DENISE , she was amazing and very welcoming . Will come back again for sure !

Stayed one night for business off season. Next to the Springmaid pier which made for a nice walk on the beach. Staff was very nice. It is an older building with outside facing rooms which made for some airplane noise as it is close to the airport. Room was clean and well let. Excellent wifi i was a very good stay
