Wonderful Hotel...comfortable room with awesome bed/bedding. Attentive and professional staff. The Citrus Room on the roof is fantastic and the food/cocktails "off the charts". Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience.

"Love this Place!"

Love this place! Took the family for a spring break trip and started our getaway here before heading down to the low country a few days later. From check in to check out the experiences was 5 star and seamless. Our family of 11 travels together frequently. With five rooms reserved, and several booked with the same last name check in is not always easy and often downright confusing with the front desk unable to keep things straight. Not here! All five rooms were upgraded a la Virtuoso benefits. Each room was reserved correctly and in the right family members' name. Our daughter who arrived late had her room waiting and they took our one credit card to pre-check her. Checkout the same thing - everything on one check-out ticket - all five rooms bills coordinated and easy. The rooms are comfortable, airy, with wonderful amenities. Some of them are on the small side but all of them are lovely. Wonderful beds, linens, bathroom amenities, and air con working properly. Food service(s) and menus amazing. Upstairs (rooftop) terrace and adults-only experience fabulous too. Nice to have that on property. They had a pop-up operating a few days which made for a lovely boutique shopping experience. Bell-staff and concierge helpful on several occasions. They gifted my husband and I a beautiful coffee-table book as a thank you and said 'we know you're an author and we thought you'd enjoy this. Honestly everything about this property is AMAZING. We look forward to when Henrietta's or its next of kin arrives as a formal restaurant on property would be a nice add and it was there last time I stayed and we missed it. The hotel is super well located - walking to everything - easy uber ride to other things. This is an amazing experience and we LOVED it. Perfectly for our family - 11 people ages 7 to 79 and something for everyone!
