I stayed here for a night on my way across the country by train. Wonderful hotel. It is above the train station and the building is really beautiful. Very comfortable with lots of amenities. Several great restaurants are also in the building and many within a few blocks. Very near the ball park too. Everyone was really friendly and the whole experience was really positive. I only wish I had stayed longer. Will definitely stay when ever I am in Denver.

"Outstanding romantic getway!"

This is our third stay-cation at the Crawford and we will come back again. The LoDo Suite is a perfect romantic hideaway. Cozy but spacious and inviting, truly a unique room with rich colors, vaulted ceilings, plush finishes and exposed beams. The main bathroom is large with a generous double vanity, skylight, big shower and HUGE two-person bathtub that we enjoyed. The under-bed lighting was perfect to set the mood. The bedroom has no windows, which was perfect for us for sleeping in. Just remember to close the bathroom door so the light from the skylight doesn't come in. Bring a little speaker and some candles (the bathroom lights don't dim). The window in the living room is small and you can't really see out of it because it's high up, but for us this was actually nice and contributed to the den-like feel of the room. If you want views, the pullman rooms (I think that is what they are called) have very tall windows with views of downtown or the train platform. Those rooms have really high ceilings and are also beautiful. We love being part of the energy of the station - stepping out of the room to hear and see the bustle of the people in the grand hall is really neat. There are several great restaurants, bars, coffee, and shops in the building. It's really a unique kind of resort all in itself. FYI the Spa (if you want one) is a half a block away at the Oxford. We didn't partake in it, but you should know that being able to wear a robe from the spa to your room isn't a thing here, but it didn't matter to us. Obviously the location is unbeatable- in the heart of Denver and the literal hub of all things transportation to anywhere you want to go. This time we took the Amtrak train to the mountains for a day - it was great being able to genuinely surprise the wife up until the moment we stepped on to the platform. There are dozens of exciting things to do and eat within a short walk - Tavernetta (AMAZING), Milk market, Venice, Jinya Ramen, Panzano, the Cruise Room, Coors Field, McGregor Square, Tupelo Honey, the newly renovated 16th street mall, LoDo nightlife, just to name a few. They provide complimentary Lyft rides within 2 miles, which is anywhere else downtown, RiNo, Meow Wolf, Ball Arena, the Christmas market at Auraria, and more. Thanks to the great staff for making our stay lovely.
