"Luxury beyond my expectations."

The Crawford Hotel exceeded my expectations. The service levels of the staff were the best in Denver. The warmth and hospitality of the lobby were impeccable with an offering of a glass of wine at arrival from our font desk agent Grace. My family was staying downtown for holiday events and the team put together a curated Holiday welcome amenity based on my family's favorite holiday snacks and drinks. The rooms were luxurious with high end bedding that allowed us to sleep comfortably. The details in the room included an alarm clock that told curated bedtime stories and had white noise options. We didn't need the white noise as the hotel was so quiet. There was a 5 piece band in the great hall for a holiday party and once you reached the hallway of the guest rooms you could not hear a thing. It was amazing! The Crawford Hotel was nothing but magical and I will continue to stay there during the holidays with my family.

"Favorite Hotel to Date"

We chose this hotel based on ease of access by taking the train from the airport, and we had no idea what a pleasant surprise we were in for. This might be my favorite hotel experience so far. The staff were all incredible - helpful, friendly, and personable. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Union Station itself is gorgeous. I'll probably travel to Denver again just to stay at The Crawford.

Our experience was exceptional. Rooms and service were top notch. I lost my watch in the room and the team found it within 30 minutes. Fantastic service. Elroy provided the best valet service we’ve encountered. Very personable and provided us tips to navigate the city and recommendations where to eat close to the hotel. Highly recommend.

We attended a holiday party and the decorations and holiday lights were lovely on the inside & outside of Union Station. Even though traffic was horrendous due to the parade of lights, the valet service was exceptional. Shout out the Keith and the entire valet staff!

"Grace and Gracie rocked"

Easy 5 star stay for a work event. Loved the free Lyft rides and the staff was awesome and super accommodating. Free drinks at check in included beer, wine, soda, water or even liquor. Location was very walkable with tons of restaurants and shopping close by. Rooms had very high ceilings and cool styling. I was concerned about noise but was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the room was. Grace and Gracie in particular were super helpful.
