"Sweet staff, comfortable room, and plenty to do!"

During my stay at the Crawford Hotel, all of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Our room that we stayed in looked over Union Station, it was so great to be able to see that from our room. Our space was clean, comfortable and quiet, an I will definitely be booking to stay here again! During my checkout, Grace at the front desk was so sweet and so helpful! She was very understanding of my situation and reason for early check out, which made the process, as well as my stay even that much better! In the hotel and all around are plenty of wonderful restaurants to try all types of new foods or even comfort foods. I highly recommend Ultreia and Snooze eatery!

"Stylish Comfort and Exceptional Service in the Perfect Location"

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at The Crawford Hotel! The location was ideal, right in the heart of everything, with easy access to public transportation and complimentary Lyft rides within a 2-mile radius. We took full advantage, visiting nearby gems like Coors Field and the Museum of Contemporary Art with ease. The hotel itself was stunning. Our bed was incredibly soft and cozy; exactly what we needed after long days of exploring. As a fashion lover, I truly appreciated the in-room steamer and plush robe. It made getting ready (and winding down) feel luxurious and thoughtful. The service was top notch, especially Jen, who went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss a thing. Her personalized suggestions helped us avoid any FOMO and truly enjoy our time in the city. Food-wise, everything was absolutely delicious. Olive & Finch served up the most delectable pastries, and Mercantile—led by a James Beard award-winning chef—delivered an unforgettable dining experience. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and already planning our return. The Crawford is an absolute gem! I can’t wait to come back!

The personal and professional attention to our site seeing questions made our Denver stay enjoyable. The lyft rides provided made our visit seamless. The only downside was checking out as we didn't want our stay to end! The hotels location with access to trains, tours, and restaurants exceeded our expectations.

The Crawford is a fantastic hotel for many reasons! The location is superb, the rooms are gorgeous and breakfast at snooze is a must! But however beautiful the hotel may be, it was the staff at reception that really made our stay special. Gracie couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating during out stay and helped us book restaurants, taxis & trains and gave us heaps of local information which made every day in Denver that little bit more special. With service like Gracie provides, the amenity fee is well worth it - thank you for making our holiday so wonderful!

"Sad Anniversary Getaway"

There was a wedding reception in Union Station the one night that we stayed there. The wedding party was extremely disruptive by playing absurdly loud music all night. We tried to take a nap around 8pm-9pm before continuing our anniversary celebrations out on the town, but we were woken up by the wedding parties' music and loud announcements. It sounded like we rented a room in a night club versus what we thought was a reputable hotel that took care of their guests. Look up if there are any events going on in Union Station if you wish to stay here ahead of time. We would have booked elsewhere had we known that there would be an inconsiderate wedding party blaring music and yelling all night. After notifying the front desk of our dissatisfaction due to the noise decibels ranging off the charts (I could barely hear my husband talking to me as we were walking down the hallway to our room), notified us that nothing could be done with the noise as a third-party coordinator was involved. The front desk tried to make the situation better but ultimately, we paid for a peaceful stay and did not get that.
