"Beautiful hotel with incredible staff and an amazing location"

The Crawford is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel has a unique location inside Union station. This location gives you access to multiple restaurants as well as transportation. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The Crawford Hotel was the best place to stay. The staff was over the top to help you with all of your needs. With its location it was a short trip to all the places we wanted to visit. I will be staying here again.

Wonderful place to stay in downtown Denver!! There are many hotel options in Denver but the location, character, quaintness, and style of this hotel cannot be beat. So many options for dining, happy hour, dessert, shopping, etc within steps of the hotel. Have stayed here a few times and it is always a favorite whenever in Denver!

poor customer service - room not ready for our arrival - missing soap and shampoo - slow response time - the "espresso machine" was a joke - a cheap Nespresso knockoff - and only decaf capsules provided - missing shampoo and conditioner. The SNOOZE restaurant was GROSS - We ordered breakfast, and the order was completely wrong - missing - cold and burnt items - This experience def. not worth $600.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Every person we encountered during our stay was incredibly kind and helpful. From free wine to water to recommendations and super helpful info and guidance. We really haven't had an experience this positive with our many years of traveling. We'll stay here every time we travel to Denver from here on out. Union station and the location are just added bonuses! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
