This was a weekend of a concert and waited to check in over an hour, only to be told the rooms weren’t ready. UNBELIEVABLE!

"Staff Presentation is important"

Upon arrival due to the concert that was held during our stay seemed to be ill-prepared as the lines awaiting to check in was out the door of the building. The wait was nearly an hour just to check-in. Managerial staff should have been there to ease the frustration of the guests, as there were several elderly folk burdened with standing in long line. It appeared the check-in staff could have expedited this matter by engaging with guest keeping them informed.

This place is a good hot mess. No wash cloths for a whole weekend, 20 min wait for the elevator, 20 min wait in the restaurant, valet couldn't find our car. You get what you pay for. I will never stay here again.

"Beware of False Charges, Poor Maintenance, and Endless Hidden Fees"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5
Reviewed March 26, 2026 NEW
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our family vacation was completely overshadowed by unacceptable maintenance issues, severe understaffing, and a shockingly deceptive billing practice. We stayed in two adjoining rooms with our teenagers. None of us smoke. However, after our stay, we were hit with a hidden $400 smoking charge. When I called to dispute it, the front desk admitted they rely on an unverified "quiet alarm" to automatically issue these massive fines without ever sending security or staff to the room to confirm. Had they actually bothered to check, they would have known the overwhelming smell of weed was coming from their own hallways—a smell that lingered all weekend in what is falsely advertised as a "smoke-free" hotel. Beyond the fraudulent charges, the property itself is in disrepair and severely lacking in basic services: * **Understaffed Check-in:** Arriving around 6 PM on a Friday evening, there were only two people working the front desk to check guests in. We waited over half an hour in line. To their credit, the staff was friendly enough once we finally got up to them, but the wait was unacceptable. * **Broken Elevators:** Out of five elevators, only one or two were functioning for most of the weekend, causing ridiculous delays. * **Room Maintenance:** Neither of the safes in our two rooms worked, and one of the closet doors was broken and wouldn't function properly. * **Hidden Fees & Parking:** On top of the room rate, parking was an extra $25 per day. We were also forced to pay an $18 per night, per room "resort fee" ($72 total for our stay) for amenities that provided little to no value—like a pool and fitness room we didn't even use, and Wi-Fi that was completely unsecured. * **Poor Dining:** We paid for breakfast at the on-site restaurant one morning, only to find they had absolutely no fruit available. Between the completely unjustified $400 penalty, the broken amenities, the nickel-and-diming, and the lack of basic upkeep, this stay was incredibly frustrating. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values and respects its guests.

"Two parties checking in the same room.🙄🙁😒"

I wasn’t too sure about this property. I stayed there years ago when they were a part of Bally’s and it was fine. I decided to it another chance since it was very reasonable for a Thursday night through a Saturday night. When we first checked in, they gave us a We went there stuck the key in there. Was someone in that room. Went down to change the room and let them know same thing again so embarrassing. They claimed that their computers were down. They said they were going to give us an upgrade for the inconvenience the next morning down to check on that never got that. No one even contacted us to let us know what was going on. They did give us a breakfastvoucher, which was pretty good. The hotel has a lot of wear and tear. The room was playing in basic which was fine. The hotel itself felt kind of unsafe management really did nothing to help us, but there was this nice young lady named Teresa that helped us. Our keys also stopped working twice while we were there. Teresa had someone come to check the door and she took off the resort fees also it is $25 per night to park there plus tax which is downright ridiculous. I will never stay at this hotel again that is my review.
