"Hidden Charges."

Beware this hotel adds a “Property Fee” on top of your Priceline charge when booking through Priceline. They charge us another $35 per night on top of what we paid Priceline. Never experienced this before.

"Poor quality"

I rarely write reviews, but I had to this hotel is super misleading. The quality of the rooms is very poor. It is simply painted over concrete walls. My door was painted shut and had to have an employee body slam it to open it. My blinds had a chunk missing with no curtains. And the manager tried to kick me out of my room 2 hours before my allotted check out time. Will not book again and will be writing in to my company to not book here as well.

This was the biggest case of bait & switch that I've seen in over 50 years of staying in hotels. The image shown on their website is nothing close to the actual facility. This hotel appears to have started out as a walk up motel. It was evident that as you walked through the hotel, improvements through the years were patched together. Our room was out dated & pieced together. The best way to explain our stay, is after 30:00, I decided to pay the $266 for the room & went home!

Beware: NOT a 4-star hotel I truly don’t understand how this place could possibly qualify as a 4-star hotel. This was advertised as newly renovated, but the quality of our room was disgusting and cringe. There were pubes on the toilet upon our arrival, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Then the absolute shoddy craftsmanship—this hotel obviously does not care about maintenance for damage or wear and tear. There was also minimal lighting. Didn’t get my room serviced during my stay. The onsite restaurant was closed. Overall, it felt like a legit cheap motel, not anything close to a 4-star hotel. The worst stay experience of my life. I couldn’t have been happier to leave and I took the longest shower when I got home.

"Do not book here!!"

I am so unbelievably disappointed in this place! My friends flew in from out of town and I booked them a room here (booked back in January) because they are big stoners and this place advertised as “cannabis-friendly.” I paid over $200 a night and when they got there, the hotel said they had changed their policy and no longer allowed marijuana. They said they had changed the policy back in January on the website. That is an absolute lie!! I booked it in January and distinctly remember it saying it was 4/20 friendly and that no children were allowed (I have a child so I specifically remember seeing that.) The property also really does not look like the pictures. It’s very run down. I can’t believe how much money I paid for such a crappy hotel I will never book here again
