The hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, a shared lounge, an outdoor terrace with city-center views, and an on-site restaurant overlooking Times Square. Some rooms and suites provide spectacular views of the New Year's Eve Ball Drop and the vibrant Times Square.

We were in the city for 3 nights of Broadway shows. The location was perfect (less than a block from TKTS booth) and central to theatres and restaurants. Room was well appointed, and comfortable. Lounge/cafe/restaurant was a perfect spot to retreat to on a cold winters afternoon!

Had a great experience with service at this hotel. I forgot and lost something in my room and despite checking out and leaving, I called back and a team of people responded immediately between the security manager (Regina), housekeeping manager (Jessi) and the house person (Leo), they diligently worked and found it. They definitely go above and beyond and don’t with caring and a smile. Give them a bonus!

I’ve now stayed at Tempo by Hilton Times Square three times, and it just keeps getting better. This hotel has officially become my go-to place whenever I’m in NYC. The rooms are new, clean and beautifully designed. If you’re lucky enough to get a room facing Times Square, the view is absolutely incredible and makes the whole experience even more special. The team at the reception is always welcoming, check-in/check-out smooth and very friendly (thank you Lila for checking me in this time!). The hotel has a great vibe—modern, lively, and welcoming without feeling overwhelming. Mornings are made even better thanks to Henry, who makes the best matcha latte to start the day. In the evenings, the bar is just as cosy and mid-century style (love the lights in there), serving excellent drinks in a relaxed setting. Love to read my book in there also :) Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Midtown and especially around Times Square. I always look forward to staying here, and I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you team!

The hotel was in an excellent position, very close to the red stairs. The staff were very attentive and pleasant, the atmosphere of the busy hotel was nice. The room was a good size, with a very comfortable king size bed. Room service was excellent too. The whole of the hotel was clean, even the downstairs lobby out to the street. It was good value for money, although we purchased it as a package with the flight. We had our flight cancelled due to a snow storm but very fortunate to be able to book our room for another night- the staff were helpful and obliging. The noise level was low, and it was a peaceful stay. The room had a coffee maker and the provisions were topped every day, the restaurant and cafe was nice, although we didn’t use the restaurant, we did visit the cafe a couple of times. One downside- we like a cool room especially at night - the air con was set at a higher temp than we like but it was adjusted lower the same evening we arrived.
