The Broadway Theatre, which has hosted long-running shows such as Evita, Miss Saigon, South Pacific, and Fiddler on the Roof, is just an eight-minute walk away.

The hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, a shared lounge, an outdoor terrace with city-center views, and an on-site restaurant overlooking Times Square. Some rooms and suites provide spectacular views of the New Year's Eve Ball Drop and the vibrant Times Square.

Guest rooms and suites are well-equipped with HDTV, a mini-refrigerator, on-demand movies, a work desk, a hairdryer, an in-room safe, and Apotheke bath amenities. Suites even offer a living room for added space and comfort.

We've just got home from the best trip to New York! And what a fabulous hotel Tempo by hilton is! Very modern, stylish, clean, perfect location, and the views from our room WOW beautiful, the staff are amazing they really can't do enough for you. We will definitely be back!

Us four girls stayed for four nights in this amazing hotel!! From the moment we got there to the moment we left all the staff welcomed us. Alex was our barman every night and he was so great - even taking some amazing pics of us all. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

We stayed in the Tempo By Hilton Times Square for 5 nights. The hotel is in a central midtown location. It is 20 yards to Times Square and there is a subway here. Although central to the hustle and bustle, once in the room there was little noise to be heard. Entrance on on street level where the elevator will take you up 11 floors to reception, restaurant and luggage storage. From reception there are more elavators up to the hotel rooms. In reception there are always at least 2 security staff in this area. The rooms are smart and clean. There is a fridge which was empty, a large smart TV on the wall and a large bathroom. The area around the bed was a little cramped but it was ok. There is a water machine to top up bottles along the corridor. This hotel charges a $100 per night per room so we were charged $500 on checking in which I put on my credit card. On my banking app I could this amount as £380. I would describe this charge as a damage tax in case we caused any damage to the room or smoked in the room. There was also a tourist tax of $40 a night to pay. ($200 for the 5 nights) However, they took no payment for this and gave us a credit of $34.95 to spent daily in their restaurant. If you didn't spend it daily you couldn't carry it over. We used our credit on 2 coffee's in the morning before we went out for breakfast. The coffee's were $16 when you added tax and tip. We also would purchase two bottles of coke for about 9$ each. So our credit gave us 2 coffees and 2 cokes daily. We checked out on a Saturday and on the Monday the $500 had been removed from out credit card so we only had the $200 to pay which was expected. To get to this hotel from JFK we used public transport. We got the Airtrain from JFK to Jamaica station and then the LIRR train from Jamaica to Penn Street station. From there it was a 20 minute walk to the hotel. It took an hour from leaving JFK to arriving at the hotel and cost $55 return. I would return to Tempo By Hilton. It is a clean, modern safe hotel which is central to a lot of attractions.

My company had a whole day business meeting at Tempo. The event team assisted well with the meeting room, meals and (many) ad hoc requests during the business hours. We were 15 people and the meeting room has nice atmosphere with an access to semi private dining area. Some wanted brighter lighting in the meeting room, but majority of the team were ok with it. I thank Danny and Cary, and especially Henry at the bar who provided most attentive and kind service! Staffs at the reception, Nicole and Tammy and many others who I didn't catch their names, provided lots of help assisting my group&guests. I’d definitely like to come again.
