The hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, a shared lounge, an outdoor terrace with city-center views, and an on-site restaurant overlooking Times Square. Some rooms and suites provide spectacular views of the New Year's Eve Ball Drop and the vibrant Times Square.

Guest rooms and suites are well-equipped with HDTV, a mini-refrigerator, on-demand movies, a work desk, a hairdryer, an in-room safe, and Apotheke bath amenities. Suites even offer a living room for added space and comfort.

Just when you thought customer was nonexistent, that’s when we ran into Regina, the Security Manager for Tempo Hilton. She was very cordial when greeting us upon our arrival. Then later on that evening when we asked about the best way to get to Yankee Stadium, Regina took us step by step on how to safely manage the subway systems of New York. She literally walked us down to the subway station. She was amazing and made our first time subway experience wonderful. Now we don’t know any other way to travel around New York, but by subway. We thank you Hilton for hiring Regina. She knows how to go beyond customer service, and graciously work with people to create a memorable and wonderful vacation experience. Jonathan and Sandy

We love staying at tempo obviously, every time we’re in New York City. Firstly because it’s the nicest hotel here. Secondly, because of an amazing front desk lady named KESSI. She’s incredible. She remembered us from the last time we came (which I imagine can be extremely difficult considering how many people must come here every day) and every time she always takes care of us, checks us in super quick yet thorough, and always does her absolute most to make sure we’re comfortable during our stay! She’s always very attentive and explains everything nicely. And yah, we just had great experiences with her.

What a fantastic stay! We couldn’t have been happier with this hotel, so clean and modern. Staff were accommodating. Free water to refill bottles. No issues with incidental refunds as some people have described. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on this. Towels changed daily and complimentary coffee pods refilled. Great view and location. Will definitely return.

Seamless check-in. We already knew about the resort fee and security deposit, so it was a nice surprise when we were informed that it had now been capped. Rooms were small but sufficient (we were only sleeping there!). Rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day. The beds are probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The location was excellent! Central to most attractions in the midtown vicinity. We never used the restaurant or bar, I did buy a coffee there once, and it came to $8.75. Dunkin' Donuts is down the street and costs $2.75. That's what you pay for convenience, I guess. My security deposit was returned and off my credit card within 24 hours. No issues, would return again.
