The hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, a shared lounge, an outdoor terrace with city-center views, and an on-site restaurant overlooking Times Square. Some rooms and suites provide spectacular views of the New Year's Eve Ball Drop and the vibrant Times Square.

Recently returned from our 2nd stay here. We had a 4 nights booking through British Airways....and everything was excellent, the location can't be beat, views, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and service, just fantastic...cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough....if you are thinking about booking here, stop thinking and do it...you won't regret it.

We were there just for a night, but we would love to stay longer. We had a corner room (floor 30) and the views and feels were very nice. We really recommand this hotel for the new york experience. All the people from the hotel were nice and helpful, especially Lila, thank you one more time ☺️

My stay at Tempo in Times Square NYC was excellent. The hotel was clean, modern, and perfectly located for exploring the city. A special thank you to Damion from guest services—he even remembered my room number during my short stay, which made the experience feel truly personal and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Firstly, the hotel rooms were beautiful as well as the lobby area. It was modern, tastefully decorated, new and warm. I couldn’t believe I could get Netflix etc in my room! Breakfast was great as well as dinner. The location was brilliant - you could get everywhere easily as you’re right in the middle of Manhattan. Despite being in Times Square, the hotel rooms for me and my family were quiet. But I want to give a shout out to the amazing staff who made a stressful family holiday (yes, medical emergency and all) much less stressful. I have the deepest respect for Damian, Bruno, Tammy? and David! Absolutely lovely, knowledgable and so helpful! Damian - running out in the snow with no coat to help me locate my aunt with dementia! This was over and above! Although one of the most stressful times for us, the staff at the hotel made it much more manageable. Hope to visit again in future in better circumstances! Highly recommend to all.
