Absolutely fantastic hotel in Times Square. All the staff couldn't do enough and were great. Massive feel of luxury for the working class British person. The room was spectacular. Very clean and bright and housekeeping staff were amazing. Value for what we booked through British Airways in my opinion was value for money. Definitely a hotel to stay at with attentive door staff and a great atmosphere. They couldn't do enough and made my staff out of this world. Happiness and kindness is all you need and every single member of staff showed this at all times!! Thank you to all of you who made my stay more than what I expected

Only reason I give a 4 out of 5 was simple things like nowhere to sit on arrival I walk with a stick and me and my family was exhausted, the rooms was spotless but the upkeep during the week wasn’t matched , bedding wasn’t changed , no kettle ( I’m British love my tea ) and the late check out was great for 12 pm but there is no where to sit and rest or even a room to use to shower once you’ve checked do out which would’ve been helpful as you are a 4 star hotel , the hotel in stunning though I have to say On a positive staff are amazing , Anderson on the front he was wonderful very helpful , as was all the gentleman at the front . Rooms are great very modern not huge but good for New York , right on top of Times Square absolutely perfect . The deposits are now set at $100 per night which is something I was worried about as previously I saw it was fluctuating There is also a daily charge of New York room tax set at around $40 per room per day Overall great stay but I don’t think I would return to this hotel

If you’re ever staying at the Tempo Hotel, make sure to connect with Amin at the restaurant. He was one of the best parts of our stay—super professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to explain all of our dining options and even took the time to chat with us about the city, which really made us feel at home. Aside from the incredible views, Amin’s hospitality made this hotel an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent hotel. We stayed 15 nights and totally recommend it. Great location in Times Square, next to subway. Comfortable. Modern. Fine views..Friendly and helpful staff. Useful restaurant - we liked the breakfast oatmeal. Good attentive daily room cleaning. Fast lifts / elevators - No waiting but have to change at Floor 11. But, after promising us twice they would apply our diamond allowance on the last morning (when we left at 3am for an early flight) they did not according to the emailed account. This is I’m sure a genuine mistake but disappointing. We’re back in the UK now, and the only way to contact them seems to be by phone, which will cost the $46 probably! Not so good.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tempo by Hilton Times Square during my stay (July 30 – August 4, 2025). At check-out on August 4, I paid $205 in cash, and I have the official receipt. Nevertheless, on August 6, the hotel made two unauthorized charges on my credit card: • €175.61 • €174.12 After several complaints, I only received one partial refund (€172.87 credited on August 11). The second refund is still missing, despite the fact that I have: • Sent the official cash payment receipt multiple times • Provided copies of my bank statements showing the charges • Followed up repeatedly with both the hotel and Hilton Guest Assistance To this day (5 September 2025 ), the hotel has ignored all my emails.
