"Good but not quiet and peaceful at all times."

The valet service, guest services, housekeeping staff, and the folks making breakfast were all wonderful. The rooms were substantial, and provided excellent views of the Atlanta skyline. What I wasn’t ready for was the inconsiderate, immature, and uncaring car and motorcycle drivers that lived, or at least congregated, in the area from midnight until close to 3 AM. I’m pretty sure all the hotels in the area have to deal with that, so there’s nothing that Springhill suites can do, obviously. Every other part of the visit was fabulous.

The view from our room was great. Wide open windows. The room is configured oddly with a small TV for a very long space. The room was very clean. Housekeeping stopped by daily. The only complaint is the complimentary breakfast selection is limited if you arrive after 8:30am. Front desk staff were always friendly. Valet staff were wonderful.

A Reliable Home Base for Business Visits!!! There is truly no other place I prefer to stay when I’m in town for business. The atmosphere is consistently excellent — calm, clean, and welcoming. The breakfast alone is unforgettable; the waffles and the spinach-and-cheese quiche are especially delicious and always a highlight of my stay. The staff is exceptional and consistently delivers outstanding service under the leadership of Ms. Rudy White. She maintains the highest level of professionalism while still providing warm, personal customer care that makes you feel at home. It is because of her and her team that I feel so comfortable here and continue to choose this property every time. Warm Service and Memorable Stays Every Time! Without question, I will be returning. Highly recommended.

"Extreme noise all hours of night"

You could hear noise all night. There is no sound proofing of walls or windows. There is a night club right next door that played their music so loud we could hear it inside our room. It was like we were in the club. Then the constant noise of sirens and garbage trucks kept us up the rest of the night. We have stayed in other hotels in the downtown area and have never had this problem. I never write reviews. In fact, this may be my first. I definitely won’t recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay with a great view . Very close to the aquarium which is great for the kids. Zamyah is wonderful at the front desk , she was so helpful. Mauriyah is also a very great host .
