Recently stayed here with my family. CHECK IN: The check in process was smooth - and the front desk and concierge customer service was amazing. POOL: We spent 3 nights and did 1 day at the shores pool and 1 day at pineapple pool. Music and bar service great at both. We did have the best weather so I am sure that helped! LOCATION: convenient to duval but on quiet end so never had a noise concern (well except the roosters…) walkable to shops, bars but we also rented a golf cart for the weekend which was a ton of fun ROOM: good size with 2 queen beds, very clean, nice bathroom Overall very happy with our stay!

Will not return again overpriced for what you get. When I arrived I was told “sorry we are out of champagne”. Really I’m paying over $600 a night, and you can’t open another bottle for the complimentary drink on arrival. Would have been nice also, if you offered coffee in the lobby. The pool areas and beach were always too crowded and some days chairs were not available. The bathroom showed signs of wear and linens had holes in them. The balcony was dirty and not cleaned in a while. The elevator certificate of operation expired in August of 2023. A few weeks after I booked I had a question, but could not get anyone on the phone. I left a voicemail, but no one returns your call. Sent an email and never got a response. Text with someone one day who took one hour to answer a question and was short and rude. Customer service was poor.

We arrived around 1 o’clock and we were told our room was not ready. Check in is 4 pm. We knew this but we were tired from traveling. Spoke to Chaud at the front desk. He said they would text us when it was ready. We hoped it would be ready asap. No luck but Chaud told us it would be by 4. Chaud kept his word and he came to us at 5 minutes before 4 to say someone was ready to take us to our room. He kept his cool and was polite to us the whole time even though there was drama at the front desk from a woman who wanted a better room for the same price. Thank you again Chaud for your service to us!

Not a good experience at check in. I booked a oceanview balcony room on Hotels.com, and that is what is stated on my booking from them. That is not what we were given. It was a window only room on the second floor, right next to the maids room. It was not a good room at all and NOT AT ALL WHAT WE BOOKED. I even asked at check in if we had a balcony and was told yes. I was told that you consider that a balcony room!! Not at all. Everybody on the second floor gets to their room on that "sidewalk". It's like a motel scenario. I worked hard on planning this trip for my husbands birthday and it started so wrong. I was told that they had given all the real balcony rooms away and none were available until the next morning. It was very stressful and really ruined our first night. I really felt like it was a bait and switch deal. If I booked it, why was it given away. Book a beautiful balcony room and given this! I worked with Britney to get it fixed. She was amazing. She did manage to get us what I booked, a balcony ocean view the next morning. She also told me we would receive a $60.00 credit on our bill. The new room was beautiful and exactly what I booked. So from there on our vacation actually started. Upon check out, I did not receive a copy of our bill. I texted the same thread I had used for Britney and requested one to be emailed. The response was "just a moment" Annette. I never received one. I still would like to see a copy to make sure we were billed correctly and DID receive a $60.00 credit.
