Great location. Lovely, clean pool by the beach. Rooms a bit dated but clean. Very responsive staff when you message and very quick if requesting something (steamer, extra towels). Only snag was how particularly unwilling the agent upon check-in was at the desk, not the best hire. Would retrain on steps of service.

Came for our Wedding Anniversary. Chevanee was the name of our check in clerk. She was one of the nicest people we’ve met at a hotel anywhere. She remembered our occasion and took good care of us. The place is great. We will definitely be back! Right in Duval Street but away from the madness. Watched sunset from right outside our room.

From the moment we walked on the property we were met with warm smiles. We were upgraded due to our Expedia status, but I am certain it was many levels above a standard upgrade. We received texts throughout our stay to see if there was anything that they could do to make the stay more enjoyable. We had a birthday in our group, and they sent a card/baloon, along with some Key West sweet treats. The location of the property is perfect. You can experience a beach vacation with chairs in the sand if you choose. The sand is powdery white, and the area is clean. They also have 3 pools to enjoy, one of which overlooks the beach area. There is a lawn with hammocks and corn hole. Our own private pier to sunbathe, or watch sunrise and sunsets. Close proximity to the temporary Southernmost buoy, as well as the original location. Close enough and a very easy flat walk down Duvall street to enjoy shopping, happy hours, and fine dining. It has something for everyone. Food is moderately priced on property and very tasty. Jody-Kay, the Manager of the Front Office was exceptional, and very good to our group. We will be back! They do it right, and want you to have your best experience.

We had a great, relaxing experience at Southernmost Beach Resort. Spent a little time in a hammock and time sitting on the tanning pier enjoying the sunset! This resort has a great location with easy access to entertainment, restaurants and shopping. If you want some of the best conch fritters, head to the Beach Cafe right on the resort property. Relax by the pool with a drink and enjoy the music! This is our second vacation at the Southernmost Beach Resort and we can’t wait until our third opportunity. Just a note to the management and staff - we had another couple the was supposed to join us and they had a last minute medical emergency. It was past the resort’s cancellation period, but the resort still credited their deposit back to them. That is class!

We were there for my wife's 5-0... Jules, the concierge was phenomenal at helping with all the things I needed to make the trip amazing. Booked all the things we needed and in general was just great to to work with. On her day off Angelika also was awesome and taking care of the things we wanted to do and made everything easy... The only reason to now give Southernmost 5 starts is that the "resort" fees and parking are outrageous. $56/day in "resort" fees and $50/day in parking.. It's crazy. They have a big property with plenty of parking.... The fees are crazy
