As a solo traveler...I depend on the service staff to take care of me, bonding is important...this trip to Key West exceeded my expectations...the front desk staff was awesome, Sara, Marilyn, Annette, Brittany, and Claud ...and my pool guy Vaid Special shoutout GO Vaid!!!...one more Vinny, his wife is had twins...kudos to my bldg house keeping...hope to see y'all in September Note: we cannot control Mother Nature, the whole island has seaweed in the summer months

Stay anywhere but this resort on your trip to Key West. The rooms were clean but very small. We booked our room with Amex Travel Deluxe Balcony pool view. We were told upon check in that this room type was not available. We were placed in a balcony room facing the highway and parking lot. The room smelled of sewage. The hotel tried to blame the smell on the accumulation of seaweed on the beach but that was not the case. The inside of the room smelled so badly we immediately asked to be moved to another room. We were then told our only other option was a 1st floor room with no balcony. We agreed and then were charged an addional $90 per night. Worst Customer Service out there!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at this resort with no complaints! Great food at the beach restaurant. We enjoyed the pool and the walking distance to local shops, grocery items. I will visit the nearby Key West Butterfly Conservatory/Gardens next visit!

We went for my teens birthdays - 16 & 14. We live here...excellent being on this side of the island for them. Away from the downtown adultness. Awesome grounds, clean room, great food & wonderful activities. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by Justin when checking us in. Extremely professional, genuine, took the time to answer all our questions then and each time we saw him. This hotel has all the amenities you could need. Concierge service was great when getting a golf cart and parasailing setup for us. Britney, Anne Marie Shakespeare, and Tim Matlock were also great in answering all of our questions. Hotel room was clean on arrival and anything we needed was handled promptly by staff as we can be a messy crew. One of kids said they have the best virgin pina colodas on the island!! lol. It is also a great location if you do not have a car but getting a golf cart through them was great and fun to drive around. Back to Justin, first impression and encounter with someone on site set the tone! He made it welcoming and he wanted us to have a great vacation. Thank you to all for making this a great trip.
