"They could do so much better"

Would never stay here by choice. We were booked into this hotel for a soccer tournament by the tournament’s travel company. The only good things I can say about this hotel are it’s clean and in a convenient location. This hotel is lacking in even the most basic conveniences. Our “suite” is set up like an efficiency apartment with the bed facing the pullout sofa with no separation whatsoever. If one person is awake, everyone is awake. There is one television on a sort of swivel stand that can be viewed by the bed or the sofa but not both. There were no linens in the room for the pullout sofa. The blanket we were given upon request is of the same type as a disposable ambulance blanket. There were only two towels for a reservation of three people. The faucets have to run a minimum of five minutes before there is any semblance of hot water and the shower handle is installed backward so the side labeled as cold is actually hot and hot is actually cold. They have a laundry facility that requires quarters but no change machine and no change at the desk. The breakfast selection is similar to any other hotel with continental type breakfast although the only pastries are bagels and English muffins and the only fruit offering is bananas. On the whole, the place could be decent with some attention to detail but it definitely falls short at this time. The rate was good but I would rather pay a little more and have a place that meets minimal expectations for service.

"Rental beware!"

I wish I had never stayed at this hotel. I paid in full with my debit card and left a $150 deposit on my credit card, but then suspicious activity started showing up on my accounts. Because of this, I ended up having to close my checking account, which left me with no money to really spend on my vacation. On top of that, for three nights in a row at 3 a.m., they tried charging my credit card a total of $420.33. When I called the front desk, the woman acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Only after I threatened to block my card did the charges finally stop. The problems didn’t end there. When we checked into our studio suite, the kitchen dishes and silverware were filthy, covered in food. We stayed for five days, and when we asked for basic cleaning—just the bed and towels—we were told they only clean rooms once every seven days. That meant we had to change our own bedding and grab our own towels. This hotel ruined my vacation. Not only did they try to take money after I had already paid, but they also failed to provide even the most basic cleanliness and service. Do not stay here.

"Avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off"

This hotel is absolutely pathetic. I stayed here for 5 nights and it was nothing but misery from start to finish. The room reeked of a foul odor the moment I walked in, the carpets were filthy and stained, and there was even a leak in the bathroom that left the floor constantly wet and disgusting. Clearly, nobody here cares about cleanliness or basic maintenance. To make matters worse, after enduring this nightmare of a stay, the hotel wrongfully kept my $150 security deposit and had the audacity to blame the terrible odor of the room on me. That is beyond insulting and completely dishonest. Instead of taking responsibility for their dirty, run-down property, they shift the blame to guests and pocket extra money. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated with zero respect.

"Do not stay here if you want to stay somewhere clean"

This hotel was by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my life. The floor was sticky, the air vent had clumps of dog hair and dust, the kitchen had crumbs and pieces of dog food and dirty dishes. There was a sticky blue stain on the tile infront of the fireplace (that are non-operational) that was also crusted with dog hair. The remote to the tv in the living room was also sticky with food particles. The door did not close all the way unless you pushed it in really hard and clicked the deadbolt. My family made it about 2 hours before we booked the holiday inn next door.

"Absolutely filthy hotel"

The worse hotel I have probably ever stayed in. Dirty, smelly, stains on couch, rug, bathroom was a mess broken tile. Toilet stains, air ducts filthy ... see pictures I included. I arrived at 3:00 PM, they said check in is at 4PM, however for $40 more I could check in early, so they had the room but wanted to charge me $40 to check in an hour earlier, thank God I declined. How the board of health could allow anything like this is amazing, how the management allows this is incredulous!
