"Great experience"

We booked the double queen suite and also took our dog. Such a big beautiful space. No complaints at all! I love how the floor is tile in case your pet friends have an accident. It was a lot of walking but everyone was friendly and the rooms were thoroughly clean.

If you wish to access the pool, you have to pay an additional fee to go to the water park. The place needs a face lift, there's duct tape holding carpeting down. The ironing board in the room was broken, held together by a piece of wire. The elevators are horrible and the room I stayed in was poorly put together.

Love that they turned this hotel into a family friendly location with the waterpark and huge arcade where the casino used to be. However, the beds are awful and there needs to be a kid friendly food option.

his was supposed to be a special trip to celebrate my wife's birthday with our children, and it turned into an absolute nightmare of stress, anxiety, and desperation. 90% of the activities this hotel advertises are not functional. The main issue: We planned our entire trip around the activities. We bought park tickets for Monday, October 20th, because the hotel's OWN calendar showed it would be open. We arrived, and it was CLOSED. The arcade bar? Closed. The buffets? Closed. We couldn't do a single thing we had planned. Furthermore, the entire property is deteriorated, old, and filthy. The disgust starts in the parking lot and continues inside. The carpets in the hallways are stained, and there is a constant, strong smell of marijuana everywhere. It is not a family environment. To top it all off, the room we were given looked NOTHING like the photos on their website. The room was old, run-down, and depressing. This hotel runs on false advertising. This experience was terrible, and it completely ruined our celebration. Avoid this place at all costs.

"Dated hotel not worth the money"

The room that was given to us was terrible because they were supposedly remodeling the rooms and put us in a bare room with a bed and TV. The second room was better, but the central air did not work. The final room after two hours was much better, however, someone kept knocking and the doors and walls throughout both nights.
