"Disappointed"

Double charged on deposit for extending stay in the same room. Cost me $200. The room was dirty when we got here. Food in floor hair on bathroom floor. There is only 1 temp for shower and it's skin removing hot.

This place smells so bad and both rooms we had were very dirty. It’s very dated. The name of this hotel has the word Plaza, but the hotel is not close to the plaza. Also you could hear very loud cars and people yelling all hours of the night. Very disappointing. Be very aware when booking.

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed at the employees are so helpful and nice and if I had to tell anyone where to stay it is this place they keep up on there hotel very much i will only stay at this hotel from now on now love it and I think they all need more money on there check it is so peaceful quite and well worth the money
