"Not great"

Dirty, not updated like the pictures. Loud on the side next to the gas station. It didn’t even look like the same hotel in person. It was white and purple not brick like the pictures. I didn’t even walk in the carpet with bare feet and someone else’s hair was in the shower. Ick.

"Filthy and broken rooms"

Do not stay here! The room was filthy, items were falling off the walls, trash was left from guests prior to us, no hot water, and terrible parking. They also never restocked breakfast so my family had to spend more money in town. Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a hotel.

"SCAM!!! Unclean, fake pictures"

Horrible place to stay. Pictures not at all what the hotel actually looked like. Room was horrible for price paid- black mold in bathroom, ceiling tiles falling in, dried blood on the countertop, outlet did not work. I do not recommend staying here to anyone.

"KCAI Convenient"

We came for the KCAI end of semester art exhibition, we have a freshman there. The location cannot be beat. Love that we can walk to campus, QT, and Ragazza next door. It’s also just off the Plaza. If you’re more focused on convenience and location than tons of amenities, this is the perfect place. Plus, there’s no surcharge for parking and spots were always available. This will be my go-to place to stay moving forward.

Biohazard from Hell. Mold, mildew, and just disgusting. The smells were awful. The elevator should be condemned. The food offerings were total trash.
