"Terrible service"

This hotel sucks. I called the support because I couldnt connect to the Internet and waited 25 minutes on hold before going downstairs to ask them myself. I also tried the room line and waited 10 minutes there. Then when I asked for a wake up call, I was informed that they do not do wakeup calls. I have never heard of a hotel that does not do wake up calls. That is absurd. 5/10 I would not stay here again, if given the choice. Even the food is only half decent.

No complimentary water, blow dryer, microwave. The shower was well on its way to breaking. The staff kept entering my room as I was trying to sleep even though I had the DND sign and paid for a late check out!

"AC did not work for 2 days, pool was closed."
TripAdvisor user rating 3.0 out of 5
Reviewed February 09, 2026 NEW
Disappointed with our stay. On the first day, we noticed that both the mini fridge and the AC were not working, leaving the room very hot and humid. We placed a maintenance request through the in-room phone system, which relies on an AI and made it difficult to reach a live person. After multiple attempts and a long wait time, we spoke to someone who stated they would place a ticket, yet no one ever came. We eventually went to the front desk, and after a few hours a maintenance technician arrived and told us everything was fine. I then placed food in the fridge, which later went bad because the fridge was never actually repaired. The room also remained humid. The next day, maintenance returned, and a different technician was finally able to resolve the issues. We were also extremely disappointed that the pool was closed and several escalators were out of service. Additionally, although we booked a renovated unit, the toilet seat was peeling and the bathroom lights were flickering. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations

"Not renovated Room"

We had no hot water in the room. Once in the evening and the next morning before checking out, went to shower and no hot water. Called Vitual Rita and she said she would let someone know. Waited a long time before anyone showed up. He said to run the water for 15 min. This is not how it supposed to to work in a hotel.
