I signed up for their 25% room off discount and $25 a day food credit on THEIR website. I got the room discount, but never got the $25 food credit. I talked to 4 different people at front desk and got the run around. Called their reservation number and was finally told I received the credit after much discussion and after I sent a link to her with actual promotion. But after check out, didnt receive food credit. Never again.

"Good place to stay, especially for Hyatt Members with Globalist status"
TripAdvisor user rating 4.0 out of 5
Reviewed July 02, 2025 NEW
Every thing was ok as expected. For Globalists, the obvious benefits are resort fees waived, free breakfast for 2 adults, free valet parking. The only drawback is the Internet connection, extremely slow this time, unlike the normal connection during the previous stays.
