"Use caution when booking. Price on hotel website will NOT be what you are charged."

Called directly to the hotel for my reservation. Assumed (my fault) that the price on the website would be what I was paying. I was told my only choice was 2 doubles or 2 twins. I made my decision and asked for an email confirmation. When I received it, there was no price listed. When I checked in, the price was nothing close to the website, and when I tried to show the front desk, it fell on deaf ears. Tried emailing corporate but that was a waste of time as well. The hotel IS pet friendly, beds were comfortable, shower was hot, but use caution when booking here.

Place and the room was clean and had a good location. Places to eat were close by. Area felt safe and secure. Bed was comfortable.

Honestly- for the price we got the room- we were really impressed. Super clean and quiet. The AC was pumping and the shower pressure was on point! Great place to stay if you just need a quick and easy place to lay your head down! Close enough to major attractions!

Uncomfortable old mattress, rude management…stayed here dozens of times in the past and had zero issues…new owners are horrible and management DNGAF, they believe in stepping over a quarter to pick up a penny, I can no longer recommend this hotel to anyone

"“Warm Welcome For My Rabbit Family”"

Once again; we were back in Louisville to attend the annual Show Of Shows at the ExpoMart, and we always stay at this Red Roof Inn location. Everything was nice and clean, and my three service animal pet rabbits were very comfortable. I’m not sure if it’s under new management, because none of the previous staff were there. Also, they stopped giving bottled water, and Kleenex packages; and the TV didn’t have a signal connection. Other than that; everything was great, and we will definitely be back next year. A top rating of two rabbit ears up!! ( ( ( -.-) o_(“)(“)
