"My second stay in years"

Robin was very helpful and getting me checked in early as I arrived in Greensboro early the staff here is very nice very professional very polite very helpful. She even offered to have somebody carry my bags to my room before I decided to stay downstairs. The rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. I stayed here last week and decided I would stay again this week because I had a great day they offer a breakfast in the morning. She made sure I knew everything I needed to know. The rooms are well stocked with towels and rags and hand towels, and toilet paper and soap. I used to stay here years ago and the atmosphere around here is a lot better and I appreciate the above and beyond that the staff has given me the past couple of weeks. I will definitely be back and I do recommend staying here, especially if you have pets or you have friends that are going to visit you with petsI would give this place five stars

Mrs . Robin is absolutely the best ! This place has really turned around since the last time I was here . She is so sweet and my baby girl loves seeing her in the morning for breakfast. The coffee is always hot and the Belgian waffles are great ! The shower is one of the best. The water is ALWAYS hot no matter how busy the hotel is. Every room has a fridge and microwave, at some hotels you pay extra for that. This place is also pet friendly, and Mrs robin is always walking the property making sure her guests are comfortable, she is why we choose this redroof over the Colosseum location .

I’ve been staying here regularly for some time- robin and Rosie always make me smile, and Maritza is the sweetest cleaning lady I’ve ever met! No one ever complains or makes me feel unwelcome. I love that they offer breakfast every morning, waffles are the best!

"Great place to stay in Greensboro that's not too too pricey"

I've been living here for a couple of months now and I have zero complaints. This place is very clean and very quiet. They have an excellent staff including the GM Robin. She is super friendly and sweet! There's fresh hot coffee and a couple of other breakfast goodies every morning in the lobby. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere that's not too expensive.
