"HORRIBLE!"

This should not even be a 1 should be a negative 1. Megan at front desk VERY rude and should be fired! Rooms weren’t ready at check in and could not tell us when they would be ready , lost our reservation that we had called in months ago. Yelled at customers and told us just leave and cancelled rooms we had waited 2 hours for. I would suggest never going to this motel. Horrible place and not well kept.

"Worst stay EVER!!"

The worst place I've ever stayed at...The front desk will not answer their phone EVER...Our room smelled terrible of dog..The carpet was ripped, The A/C did not work properly. The pools water was mucky. The fire alarm went off at 1:00 A.M., and we had to get a 2, 4, and 6 year old up and set out in our car for 30 minutes...The first thing we did when we got home was to all take showers. We felt dirty leaving there. We will never go back!!! I never right reviews, but spare yourself the disappointment...Also, way overpriced.

"Rough…..will never go back."

Don’t recommend. Rooms were dirty, just a rundown hotel. Staff was friendly but it seemed like a drug haven. Thought since it had a Wyndham flag it would be held to a higher standard, but after this stay, I will stay away from Wyndham all together. Rough all around. Was less expensive than near by hotels, but you definitely get what you pay for. Do more research before booking…..unfortunately, I did not.

"TERRIBLE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY"

If I could give this 0 I would. This was a TERRIBLE experience. DON'T waste your money! The inside by the pool is easily 85 degrees and makes the whole hotel smell. It's musty and a lot of times smells like pee. Because of the humidity, the rooms are moldy. I had to make my kids have shoes on unless they were in the bed because the floors are disgusting. There is no swim up tiki bar like they advertise as they have lost their liquor license. There was no hot water the entire 3 days we were there and all 6 of us had to take cold showers. When asked they front desk said it was because there were too many people showering at once and we should wait and try again later. The staff is always on their phones and you have to literally tap on the counter for them to look up and even acknowledge you're there. The breakfast is a joke. Walmart apple juice and yogurt is not continental breakfast. Not for $180/night. You're better off finding a better hotel with an inside pool than to stay at this "resort" which is a laughable claim in itself.
