"$200.00 charge on my card!"

We checked in to a one bed room and had a travel bed for our daughter. The next morning literally minutes after we check out they tried to charge my card $200.00! I called and asked what it was for they said "You urinated on the bed." I said " I did not! And my daughter had her own bed she wasn't even on that bed!" They said the cleaning girl said there was a spot on the bed that was urinated on. So we said we were going back there and we want to see proof. When we got there the cleaning girl had conveniently already had the sheets in the washer and they showed us a close up picture of just part of a sheet with a spot on it. Not even a picture of the bed. That could have been any picture. Then we went to the room and there wasn't even a wet spot on the mattress anywhere! They refused to take the charge off and said we can email the manager. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT! I'm still trying to get the charge removed! TOTAL BULL!!

Worst place that I have ever stayed. Got bit 19 times by bed bugs. Big roach found in room. Neighbor room had TV on all night and you could hear every word. I was downstairs by the lobby and had people passing by late at night conversing loudly and waking me up. No gym. Breakfast was a nice offering, but very basic. This place needs to be torn down or refurbished with new management put in.

The rooms were clean but the pillows were hard and the bed sheets were terrible. The internet was spotty and the toilet had a hard time refilling. Terrible breakfast, or lack there of. And no microwave or mini fridge in the room. So if any are a deal breaker, stay away.

Free parking, free breakfast, places you can walk to for good food. Over all not bad for an LA trip. Nothing too fancy, but clean. There wasn't a fridge or microwave in our room, but at least there was a microwave in the breakfast area. Breakfast was cold stuff, cereals, fruits, but you can heat premade pancakes in the toaster or microwave. Some guests were complaining that there was no syrup provided, but the honey was plenty sweet. Would have been nice to have a cold water dispenser, but there was apple and orange juice.
