"Great for cruisers"

Great location near the port for cruisers. The rooms were very nice and clean. The service in the restaurant was good. We plan to stay again for our next cruise.

I don't know where to start! Communication on their policies is not good , they have rules posted but everyone can break them. Service was not good and im being nice .garbage cans full of empty cases of beer .cigarette butts here n there on walk ways and butts in jacuzzi deck area where rules are posted no smoking and anyone under 13 must be accompanied by an adult but that enforcement was non existent . They refused me Service for standing by the service area when there were no servers working to intercept any drinks anyway . They also made us feel unwelcome because they kept asking us if we were taking a cruise n I kept saying no im just staying here celebrating my 6th year anniversary, n I noticed the difference in Service compared to cruise patrons and non cruise patrons ! You must order the buffet if u want breakfast-they have one sandwich to order if you don't want buffet but if you don't want buffet can't order off menu and if you want room service must be only the one sandwich or parfait .so basically it sucked to me , kids unsupervised in jacuzzi really sucks when they should have supervision. And if they want to enforce the rules where one stands at a bar to oder a beer then enforce all the rules especially the ones posted and not the rules not posted one makes up .ten thumbs down for me ...

"Just razzling and dazzling at the Radisson Resort "

We stayed at this location because we were going on a cruise and it had a good park and cruise package plus I am a choice hotel member. It was our first time staying at this location and staying in the Port Canaveral area. This is a good hotel to stay at for one night or a week. I highly recommend if you're coming in for a cruise stay at this location. It will start your vacation off right.

"Motel-6 like exterior halls"

Please look carefully at the property's photos. This is an exterior hallway motel much like Motel 6 or Super 8. When you leave the room, instead of walking into an interior hallway inside the building, you enter right into the parking lot. You hear noises of suitcases being wheeled by, guests talking on the sidewalk and children screaming in the pool. We tried to lay down for a nap, and even with a fan on that we brought in our luggage, you can hear everything very loudly. There are no curtains; just wooden blinds with slatted openings where light comes through. If you nap, bring an eye mask, as lots of light comes through. Here's a photo of the outside porch light coming through at night. Some of the staff are great like Wanda, Greg and Burt, but they can't fix the motel-like noises nor the wooden blinds.

"Horrible place to stay."

I am writing this while for the 3rd time in 2 days we are locked out of our room because the key cards they gave us do not work. That is my biggest complaint so far, but their is nothing I can say positive about this place, and much negative. DO NOT STAY HERE.
