Una was exceptionally beyond welcoming as soon as we arrived, such a sweet smile and made sure all our requests were met! Can't beat a Texas smile with a great personality. Give her a promotion!!! Great entertainment by the pool, PJ was very attentive at the outdoor bar, wish was open later. Tracy needs a lil PR inside though!

Staff was great. Una was excellent at the front desk. Explained everything very well. Convenient for cruise. Rooms were nice. Bath rooms were very good also. Fitness center was nice. Location was great. Plenty of parking. Would stay again in the future.

Jonathan was the bellman and he was incredible! He was so kind and helpful to my mother and me. He welcomed us with open arms and took care of our luggage and everything! The hotel is beautiful and has a great pool. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotels, really nice! The pool is fantastic and huge. property is pretty confusing. We had trouble finding our room front desk. Staff was very helpful. Sent us off on our way with the security guard Jared, who was able to direct us to our room with ease even helped us park our car for our cruise. Staff at the Radisson is wonderful and very helpful.
