"Terrible Insect Experience and Not Handicap Accessible"

Our stay at this hotel was bad from the beginning and only got worse. We had booked a mobility accessible room under the assumption that all mobility rooms would have a roll in shower. When we got there and got to our room, 1) there was no easily assessable route to get to it (room 521). All of the doors to the outside areas and inside buildings did not have handicap push buttons to open the doors automatically-but you could see where they used to be as there were holes in the walls there. We called the front desk and were told that there were no other rooms available so essentially, the wheelchair user was not going to be able to shower that trip. About 30 mins later we got a call that another room was available and switched to that room, 509. That room was easier to get to and had a handicap accessible shower. The next night when we got to our room, we noticed that the room was infested with bugs of some type. We have pictures along with pictures of the bites they left. We left that night around 11:30 pm and would like our trip refunded. We will also be retiring to bbb and leaving reviews so this doesn’t happen to future guests.

"Amazing service!!!"

This review is for Veronica, Sandra and Patty in the Flamingo Restaurant at the Raddison at the Port, at the Cape. These girls were absolutely incredible and are such an asset to this restaurant! We ate there for 4 days, while here for the launch, and we were treated like royalty every single visit. From allowing us to pick our seats, great conversations and free coffee to go, they were exemplary!!!! Thank you ladies for a memorable experience! I hope you get a bonus! You all deserve it!

Super hotel, this is the second time we stayed there, service is formidable. Pick-up from the airport, to the cruise ship and back to the airport. Excellent arranged. Comfortable rooms and the most important good beds. Only one minus point is the breakfast, can better.
