"Mixed Bag"

Definitely a mixed bag. First, if you’re staying 1-2 nights on business you’re probably fine. Constructive cons: • room odor, we think related to plumbing from upper room, AC or mini fridge (pest spray maybe? unsure) • AC either freezing or too warm in room • shower head funky - sprayed straight out instead of down • shower either too hot or not right temp • breakfast fare just ok; hot food not hot • pool area kinda meh, hot tub not as warm as expected Pros: • bed comfortable • nice staff • quiet hotel overall • pool not busy • evening food in bar good (burgers, salads) • free parking It feels like Radisson operations could invest in this property to make it much nicer. We likely would only stay again if we knew significant updates have been made.

"Poor conference preparations by the hotel!"

Do NOT book a conference at this facility! We used the hotel for a small conference, just 50 people, so you would expect the hotel that many on a very normal basis. First, no they charged for early check-in. From $50 to $30, not depending on availability but how early before normal check-in time of 3:00pm. Second, they tried to set up a dinner buffet in the hall outside the room. The hall was way too narrow, but you had to go back past the people in line after filling your plate, and there was very little room to do that. Third, both the one lunch and one dinner they served ran out of the primary hot dishes and were not re-filled. Fourth, at 12:15, as many from the conference we’re going to check out, there was no one at the front desk. We waited approximately ten minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. No apologies were given. Fifth, while they allowed a one hour late check-out at 1:00pm, the room was locked when I got up to it, and it took two trips to the front desk to get it to open. Sixth, on Sunday, as the conference ended, they announced there was no one available drive the shuttle bus to the airport that day.

This is our second time staying here on one of our many trips to AZ. This hotel is very nice, clean and the breakfast is top tier. My only issue this stay was that out bathroom did not have a fan.

Location was perfect close to the airport. The food was delicious. Everyone was very friendly. The pool snd jacuzzi was very relaxing. I would attend this site again.
