Great place. Convenient location. Clean. Good value. Great breakfast. One area of improvement is better customer service for breakfast. Breakfast Host did not greet or engage in any small talk. Domineering instead of pleasant.

well the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the pillows were great not too soft and not too firm the only problem that I had was the shower water did not work it just kept getting hotter and hotter and hotter and you could not turn it to cold so I had to just jump out of the shower it got too hot. And the air conditioner rattled all night long and we finally just had to turn the air conditioner off and take off the covers. But other than that it was great.

I had a connecting flight home from Chicago in Phoenix. My late night flight to CA was canceled due to bad fog so next flight wasn’t until the morning. I was exhausted and stressed out after only getting a few hours of sleep and going to work that same day and flying home. I called around to a few hotels because I did not want to sleep in the airport. I was on the verge of tears because I only had my husband CC and the first paces I called wouldn’t book me a room without a card in my name. Finally my hubs was able to get ahold of the Raddison by the PHX airport and they said they would book me a room and just wanted me to have him send a photo text of his ID. I could’ve higher that front desk lady, she was so kind and understanding and helpful to my very stressful situation. The room I stayed in looked so clean and beautiful and the bed was very comfy with soft pillows I was actually kind of bummed I couldn’t stay longer. I instantly fell asleep. Even though it was only for a handful of hours, it was what I needed so badly to start the day over again and head back to the airport and the Raddison came in clutch for me in my time of need. I appreciate their hospitality so much! Y’all would get 6 stars if I could!! Didn’t have time for the breakfast but the coffee in the lobby breakfast area was great:)

Efficient check in. The room was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. The front desk lady, America, was really nice and efficient. Jarred, the guy managing the breakfast area, was really nice and on top of things. The shuttle driver, Mike, was funny and on time. Thanks Radisson
