"Could have offered a better deal"

Other than the roach bug on the ceiling of our room and one on the kitchen cabinet it was a pretty good stay although I am a little disappointed after making the reservations and checking in I noticed the room price had dropped a great deal I feel like they could have brought that to my attention when My family and I checked in and saved us a little money.

"What a time we had"

We had a really bad experience. We checked in monday sept 8. Once we got settled in the room we went to eat. We came back found the floor wet from the refrigerator and the a/c. We called the front deck and they sent someone to see about the leaks. He cleaned up the water and vacuumed the a/c inside and said it’s all good. So we went to bed but woke up to a wet floor again. So we called the front desk again and they sent a guy out to check things out. He determined the a/c needed replacing , so we spent the morning watching him exchange the unit. All was good till wed morning and we woke up to the refrigerator leaking again. On the way out of checking out we notified the front desk again about the water . The icing on the cake was that I had planned on doing some work for online business. Guess WHAT? I never once got the internet to work enough to use. This reported tue and the front desk said we will email the people who works on it. We’ll just like everything else about this hotel nothing changed. So you be the judge how was our time at this so called hotel.

To start with they put us in a room and somebody was already staying in the room and then we waited about an hour and they gave us another room and it was a big roach bug in it and at night there’s someone hammering in the storage room next to our room It was just a terrible experience, not professional at all very dissatisfied.
