"Not the pleasant stay we had in the past"

Staff was nowhere near as nice or as helpful as when we had stayed in the past. Room was never cleaned while we stayed (5 nights). Front desk staff had us wait over 3 hours to check in, when early check ins were not a problem in the past. Front desk staff seemed very uncaring about making not only my family with 2 toddlers wait, but numerous families trying to check in. Unfortunately, it is doubtful that we will come back. I was told by the front desk manager that my resort fees would be waived for my inconvenience (after I asked for a discount for the trouble), but I have not seen that refunded yet.

"Terrible start to finish."

Tried to check in a little early and was met with pure ugliness. I have vision issues and asked for help with filling out the forms. She refused and kept saying we have no rooms ready. You can’t check in until 4pm. She didn’t welcome us and tells us we can go to beach or pool like they do at other beach hotels. She said to leave and she would call. Asked for Manager but she said none work on Sundays. Marijuana was all over the hotel an elevators, very sickening. Could not get our room cleaned and couldn’t get clean towels. Waited 2 hours for clean towels but gave up and used our beach towels. Don’t get me started on the parking. They keep all the parking up front saved for Extra pay valet. Don’t stay here if you want to have a good time.

"Most awful experience ever"

To start off the trip we got there and the staff was very nice and helpful. Once we got our room keys we get in the room. The beds were so bad I can feel the springs in the mattress as I sit on the bed. The pillows were so flat when I put your head on them there was no support. As the night went on in the bed we actually ended up leaving super early because the bed was terrible and we felt like bugs were biting us or maybe it was the sand we don’t know. The shower knob and manifold plate was very loose and coming out the wall. It actually took a while for me to find the hot water because of how messed up it was. The floors were just filthy we did not walk on them bare footed. The walls were uncleaned and the baseboards looks like they have not been cleaned in a while. The ceiling on top of the jacuzzi which was so filthy had mold. The usb plug on the wall was very lose my cord would not stay plugged in and I had no plug on my side of the bed. The vanity in the bathroom was falling apart at the bottom. The door to the bathroom was black with dirt and it had holes in it and a large nail sticking out of it. The door was also falling apart at the bottom. So as you can imagine our experience was not the best. We paid over 300 dollars for this room because they called it a suite I guess but for the money we should not have had to experience such a horrific time. We was on our trip back home from a cruise and just stayed one night to break up a 14 hour ride back home.

Sheets didn’t fit bed, had to ask several times for coffee AND toilet paper. Wasn’t a secure place, bathroom was dirty!!

Old rooms with a balcony that you could barely get two chairs on. The beds weren’t comfortable. None of the floors had ice machines and all they had were bags of ice outside of the hotel for sale at I think $7 a bag. Crazy! And the parking was terrible. If you didn’t use the valet you had to park next door if you were lucky. I wouldn’t stay here again
