"Poor"

The room is outdated and expensive. The only good thing was the view which was beautiful. There was smoke from next door and loud noise. The rooms are not soundproof. Also the elevators continue to get stuck.

Housekeeping was careless they left our door open one time when we went out for a few hours. Thankfully no one was waiting inside to ambush us and there wasn’t anything missing as far as i could tell but it could’ve been very bad for us. Amenities were scarce noticed unrented rooms had bottled water on their ice bucket trays we did not have any. We barely had any toilet paper and no extra roll anywhere in the room we ended up just buying our own. They put us in a room with a shower only with one lil tiny corner shelf and no where to prop your legs up to shave. Not the best experience.

I wasn’t all the way satisfied with the hotel. I had a roach come out my bathroom and the front desk didn’t do anything about it. I didn’t like that it was no carpet in the room. The outside looking over the balcony to see the beach was amazing 🤩

"We Found Our Home Away From Home"

My mother and I recently went on a trip to my favorite beach, Panama City Beach! We were met with nothing but kindness, understanding, warmth, and a sense of home. Gio and Jaimie were amazing and could answer any question you might have. They made sure that the room was ready and in perfect order. The rooms are set up like an efficiency apartment, offering a perfect view of the beach. Two TVs for the family to share if you are resting from a fun-filled day on the beach. A king or two queen beds, plus a leather sleeper sofa and chair. There is a full walk-in shower and a lighted mirror for a quick check for your late dinner plans, or a little ghost crab hunting. The pool is clean, but on a smaller side, due to the expansive views and access to the Gulf, and did I mention the balcony? It is perfect for your own personal view of the amazing PCB sunsets. The kitchinette allows for cooking breakfast or a quick meal to save money. You are a short walk from the famous Sharky's Restaurant, which also offers beachfront dining and numerous other amenities. If you want the feel of a home away from home, "THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!"

I’m 8months pregnant and went down to put my feet in the hot tub with my husband and friend just to have someone on the top floor throw ice at us for an hour. Hitting us in the face and bumping literally whole buckets of ice at us. When we told front desk they basically told us there was nothing they could do. Other hotel guest came down to relax getting ice thrown at them as well.
