I stayed for my birthday weekend and This location was great due to the fact it’s beachfront which I believe supplies family friendly suites, as well as some couples rooms. Upon arrival we were able to check in early, get the parking tag and was told about a deposit per night which wasn’t in any policy when I booked online but was also told to place a card on file for if any smoking was done in the room. We get to the elevator it is very slow so be prepared to wait. We get to the suite and it is very beautiful atmosphere to walk in and see the beach across the room, but smoke alarms and sensors everywhere (no smoking on the balcony either), mind you the suite has a stove so I change my mind about cooking anything, dirty utensils in the drawer(bring your own utensils and pots, they supply dish soap). Housekeeping did great with keeping towels stocked and bed fixed but sand seemed to always be easily tracked on the floors. It is aged but well kept for the value and close to the beach, food, amusement annd tourist attractions and drink establishments, ohhh and many other sleeping establishment along the coast. It was a nice quiet stay overall.

This place is gross. Checked out 10minutes after we got there. Walked up to the bed the top corner of the bed looked like it had vomit on it. I lifted the mattress and it only got worse. There was visible dirty all around the base boards. Paint was peeled and chip all around the door jam. The smell was old musty yuck. The only thing good was the view from the balcony. Pay a little more and stay at the Hyatt down the road. That is where we ended up. It was beautiful and more importantly clean.

We stayed at the Radisson in Panama City Beach for 10 days and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The fresh coffee bar was a great way to start each morning, and our room was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Manager Lamouy, whose dedication truly stood out. She consistently ensured the common areas and pool were beautifully maintained, and her presence made the property feel welcoming and well cared for. The hot pool staying open late was such a fun bonus for us. The oceanfront location was stunning, and the price was surprisingly reasonable for such a great experience. Traveling with a newborn can be challenging, but convenient parking right by the entrance made everything so much easier. Overall, thanks to the amazing team—our vacation was relaxing, smooth, and wonderfully memorable.
