"GREAT STAY"

Ok....so you trying to figure out where to stay in PCB?? We chose the Radisson....honestly cause of the costs and location. Some of the reviews had me nervous...but here's mine!!. Radisson on Front Beach Road did not disappoint. The room was so clean I was totally blown away. I'm one of those people that looks in corners and cracks!! Sheets fresh....white soft! Floor clean....not carpeted. Fresh smelling room. I did not realize there was a fridge stove and microwave...it was not in the description. I booked thru expedia so that's probably Expedia mis step. Now I will say walkways and exterior could use some paint and sand blasting....but not a deal breaker. Front desk staff great. If you want to park at hotel rhere is a valet charge each day. We did a placard and was able to park nearby for free.. kinda annoying but we worked it out.. Shout out to FELICE....she took great care of us. You want clean....stay here!!!

"Don’t recommend"

The location and view were beautiful, but the overall stay was disappointing. The room had a strong musty smell, and the AC unit was so loud we couldn’t sleep, making it hard to enjoy our time indoors. I wish I could post a video. The property had several maintenance issues, including a damaged shower, scuffed floors, poor air circulation, broken light switch causing the light to remain on, and ants throughout the room. Street noise was constant, and the smell of marijuana was noticeable around the property. Some amenities advertised, like beach service, were not actually available. We requested a refund through Hotels.com due to the condition of the room, but the hotel refused. We have videos and photos documenting the issues. While we loved being close to the beach, the accommodations did not match the price we paid and need significant improvements.

"Not great kinda disappointed"

This hotel was deceiving. The room floor was really gross and sandy when we arrived. Walking barefoot out feet were black in the room. The air wouldn’t cut off. So we froze our butt off. There were people allowed to play there huge speaker at the pool which was very unpleasant it was blasting curse words and no one said anything to them about it. So sitting at the pool with my small child wasn’t the place to be. They really need to update photos of the rooms for when you book it bc it was no where near as the pictures made it seem

I called the front desk at 5:30 because we had several Bugs appear in the shower which was unacceptable for me for the amount of money that I paid for this room. The lady took my number and said she would call me back because she was finishing up with a customer and I NEVER heard back from her. Our door to the balcony is jammed as well. I am very disappointed and could not rest well because of the bug situation. It is my Birthday and I came here for rest and relaxation that I didn't receive because your staff was not attentive to my needs. We traveled from Texas and flew in thru the airport here and could not even check in early because they claim they were cleaning our room but obviously they didn't do a great job. I have pictures as well.

"Not good"

Good morning. I must say we were extremely disappointed in our 2 day stay at the Radisson in PCB. When we arrived we were told our Jacuzzi room was not ready yet but the cleaning crew would jump on it right away. Two hours later after sitting in a hot lobby (the power was out) we were told by a manager that she had just checked the room and it was ready. The issues with the room were: 1. It was filthy. Black soles of our feet from walking on the floor. Sand on the chairs. Stains and marks on the walls. 2. The towels had stains and holes in them. 3. The balcony door lock was broken. 4. The bed was horrendous. Broken springs inside, sinking all the way through the cushion to the hard surface underneath. The fitted sheet would not stay on. Worst bed I've probably ever tried to sleep in. 5. The Jacuzzi in the Jacuzzi room did not work. When we called down to ask for maintenance to look at it, we were told they tried to fix it and couldn't...so we had no Jacuzzi, which may have been good because it was also filthy. 6. We called down for coffee, then for towels and no one ever showed up. After our third call several hours later at night we finally got them. 7. Parking was a pain. 8. No ice machines. We had buy ice from a vending machine. I have never stayed at a hotel that charged guests for ice. 9. Price. I would expect lower standards at a $50 a night hotel. I paid about $225 a night and then saw the same rooms advertised for $134 a night while we were still there...for the same nights. I have many pictures of the room if you need them. Gavin Larremore
