Beautiful historic property. We were upgraded due to an air conditioning issue they had in one of their buildings. The unit was enormous, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

The hotel staff and the hotel rooms are mediocre. Service at times was unacceptable. Room did not receive service for 2 out of our 4 days. Kind of not acceptable at a hotel in this price range!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at Planters Inn. Everyone was friendly and helpful and our room was very comfortable. It is located within walking distance from everything we wanted to do. The day we arrived the Concierge was excellent and gave us a lot of information about dining, arts and shopping options. She was able to arrange for us to schedule massages and we were pleased with her dining recommendations too. Valet parking is a plus and when we needed something we left in the car, they retrieved it for us and delivered it to our room.
