Important Information
  • Local Residents Policy Palace Resort does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina. Reservations booked by residents of these counties will be canceled and reservation deposits will be forfeited.
  • Guest Policy Young adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The name on the credit card must match that of the reservation and a valid ID. Your credit card will be pre-authorized $250 for incidentals.
  • Daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally, all rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required. Trash chutes are available on every floor. Please do not set trash outside the door.

The following fees are collected upon arrival at Palace Resort Myrtle Beach, SC:
  • Booking Fee - collected per stay.
  • Resort Fee - charged per night and includes amenities and services the resort offers to guests such as WiFi, use of the facilities, etc.

i would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel rooms where disgusting front desk employees was rude had horrible attitude i book a oceanfront & got a ocean side they advised a restaurant & the restaurant was not open when i was there over all experience was terrible

Heated pool wasn't really heated but ok. Garage elevator was down. We have a large truck and lower high top parking was always taken by a smaller car and the outside high top parking as well taken by smaller cars or contractors vehicles I understand contractors parking there but other vehicles should HAVE to park in the garage so larger vehicles it should be monitored.IDK why we didn't have housekeeping but I prefer cleaning my own room,I had to go down to the front desk for fresh towels/wash clothes and toilet paper luckily I brought my own trash bags. I had to make a dust pan from a pizza box bc we had a broom but no dust pan.I am scared of heights but I loved been on a higher floor the views were unbelievable and beautiful a perfect view of the sky wheel and the sunrise/sunset. I would have loved to keep my white tab key for a souvenir but I didn't 🙂. I did notice some other people where leaving trash around pools/hot tubs that makes me sad
