Jose A, Nick + Abel are amazing valet and incredibly helpful and patient, as I never carry cash and the do not have a QR code for tips (think this would be a great idea for the valet, as most people no longer carry cash.)

This is our fourth stay. It's by far the best place to stay in LA. We love the seals. The tranquility. The staff and the service (especially Trevor and Alejandro). The pool and SALT. The walks around to the shops. The proximity to he airport. Everything.

We had a very nice two-night stay at this hotel. The room was very nice - clean, nice big bath towels, very quiet HVAC, comfortable bed. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very courteous and professional. The location of the hotel was nice - right on the marina, with a nice shopping center within walking distance and a nice walking path around the marina. I only had two small negatives: no ice machine on the first floor (had to go to the bar (when it is open) or the ice machine on the second floor so it was inconvenient for us since we were on the first floor; the restaurant in the hotel was not prompt in opening; it was supposed to open at 7:00 in the morning, but we had to get the kitchen staff attention to get seated and served. The restaurant food was very good and the service was excellent (after we got seated). I would definitely stay here again when we are in this area.

I really had a nice stay. The view is amazing, most of the staff is very friendly, and the room is fine. There is a fun vibe there. The only thing I found “off” is the restaurant. The service was disjointed and not super friendly - kind of acted like they were doing me a favor. The food was fine but they were not accommodating and the one guy said he was going to charge me for honey if I ordered more. I had iced tea and I used one honey and then asked for another for the refill. I thought that was petty. But for the price and location, I do like this hotel. We just ate and drank elsewhere for the remainder or the trip. The front desk crew was as solid as 5 star. Maid service quality, as well!
