I was so disappointed with the Marina Del Rey Hotel on my last stay. Only upon check in was I told that the water to the entire hotel would be turned off from 10PM - 6AM with NO compensation to guests! What crap! They don't know the meaning of customer service.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed & wonderful view of the marina. Enjoyed the pool and patio area. Dinner was delicious (pork ragu) and it was nice to sit outside with nearby heaters on a cool evening.

First off, beautiful location the view of the water was gorgeous along the marina with all of the boats. The people there made the atmosphere, it was so light and welcoming everyone there was so delightful it made my solo trip feel like I was coming there to friends and family. The place was also immaculately clean the lovely scent when you first walk into the lobby helped keep the beachy, marina narrative. Went to the bar and Reuben the bartender was a lovely guy ! He was very informative on places i should visit during my stay and Venice beach was but a 10 minute drive away. I love how close this hotel was to everything! Not to mention the valet service was on point ! I was there for a week and after seeing different valet guys, they all took the time to remember me and my vehicle! Santiago was one of the names I could remember he was very sweet, welcoming and fast , as all the others. With them being the first people you see before you enter the hotel, they couldnt have been a better bunch ! So happy to have had the pleasure to stay here for my first time visiting LA and definitely will not be my last.
