Great experience with the staff throughout the resort. They were incredibly accommodating at all times and the place was very well kept. Levan and Beidy were always patient at the bar and kept us taken care of!

Booked the 2 bedroom for a girls bachelorette weekend. Definitely disappointed in the size of the room. It said it could sleep 8. We barely fit 6 in the room. There was no bedding for the pull out couch and even after requesting it, still didn’t work right. The room had one shower for everyone. Overall, room was very tight.

We stayed at the Margaritaville Beach House Key West with our 10th grader for 5 days of her spring break. The property is clean and well-maintained (if a little worn down), and conveniently located across the street from a nice public beach with chairs and umbrellas for rent. We used the free shuttle to get back and forth to downtown when we wanted to, and were able to walk to places to get breakfast and good Cuban coffee in the mornings. The staff is attentive and the housekeeping great, and our "resort view" (parking lot) suite was ample space and privacy for the three of us. We did not hang out at the pool or on-property much as the pool area was very crowded with families with younger kids, there is music piped in everywhere and there were many really great restaurants around town. Everything in Key West is expensive. This was the best deal on a suite we could find for our dates. It felt like a lot, but it was a good home base for our stay in the end.

Beidy was the best bartender at the bar. She relates to her customers. She makes sure everyone feels special. Don't get the wrong impression guys, she is married. When you are on vacation, she is the one you want to bring your food and drinks. A specialist in customer service.
