My family and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of August and what an amazing time we had! From the complimentary margarita at check in I knew it was going to be a hotel with a great vibe. The staff on the front desk, bar staff by the pool and restaurant staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Special mention to the gentleman on reception who was always so happy and full of energy when we spoke, and also the lady on the bar by the pool (sorry I didn’t take your names) The room we stayed in had 2 double beds and a sofa bed in a lounge area. For a family with 3 kids this was perfect, the kids slept in the double beds and we stayed on the sofa bed which gave us our own space and was comfortable. We had breakfast, dinner and some afternoon bar snacks by the pool and I thought the food was really good and tasty. There was a good choice and the kids menu was great value and they ate it all. The hotel operates a bus service into key west every hour which is great. busses leave the hotel on the hour and pickup at 30minutes past the hour. Our bus driver ‘John Major’ was fantastic and is a credit to the hotel. He has so much local knowledge and some great tips on where to visit. The hotel is immaculately clean, and was undergoing some painting during our stay - which is good to see them maintains their high standards. The pool area was clean and the bar staff kept my drink topped up which is a nice touch. The pool isn’t huge, but was plenty big enough for us and the other hotel guests were so friendly with us and our kids. It was our first stay at a Margaritaville hotel and we will definitely look to come back and visit. We have been lucky to stay at some amazing top hotels around the world and this hotel is up there with the best - a real hidden gem in Key West - we will look to stay here again next time we visit key west. Thanks to the Margaritaville team in Key West for making our stay so special and one to remember, the kids are already asking when we can go back.

I travel all over the country for my job, and this is my favorite hotel! It's clean, across the street from the beach, minutes from the airport, free shuttle to the 'downtown' area, great pool, and the food at the hotel is very good too. The employees are so nice and helpful. Always smiling and happy to welcome us when we get there. A special shout out to Gary and Chris at the front desk. The Key West vibe definitely shines through them. And Bob, the van driver from the airport shows up with his bubble machine, and it ALWAYS brings a huge smile to my face. The hotel is just FUN!!! I'm always sad to leave. Thanks to everyone at the Margaritaville Beach House!

My wife and I visited the Margaritaville Beach House in Key West over the Labor Day Weekend for Jimmy Buffet Day. What an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the amenities were great. I especially liked the Tin Cup Chalice restaurant and bar. The hourly shuttle to Old Town Key West made the visit so convenient. Once we parked, we never had to drive again. The best part was the staff. Everyone smiled, greeted you warmly, and made you feel at home. I can't wait to book our next stay.

Front desk staff welcomed us upon early arrival at 11 and our ocean front king suite was ready! Yveline at the front desk is a hospitality role model. Friendly, welcoming and most helpful acclimating us to the resort. Poolside bar and lunch service was excellent. Frozen fruit smoothies delivered daily at noon with popsicles at 2. Breakfast on the veranda overlooking the pool was delicious with a full menu of great choices. Garden areas are well maintained with lots of shady spots to play cornhole, relax , enjoy the ambiance. Beach access so easy with a safe cross walk and short walk. Chair rentals available from separate vendor $20 per chaise, $20 umbrella daily. Beach was calm, seaweed is machine raked each morning, creating a super clean beach with a lots of sandbars out where you imagine the water is deep. Short walk down the beach for jet ski rentals and parasailing.
