Great trip. The hotel was decorated beautifully, in Jimmy fashion. The staff was professional and friendly. Anita at the restaurant was amazing. She kept my coffee cup filled. She was friendly and always there to help. The hotel has free shuttle service which makes it easier. Johnny the shuttle driver a wealth of information. Great stay with family.

Good morning! Happy Wednesday! This trip was planned to celebrate all of our children getting married! Our last one got married two weeks ago and we wanted to celebrate our parenthood and growing family God has blessed us with. lol. This was our first time to Key West. My husband loves Jimmy Buffett so of course we had to stay at Margaritaville lol EVERYTHING from hotel staff, shuttle team, cleanliness of property, layout and cleanliness of our suite, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, fun and laidback atmosphere, amenities etc..... there was nothing to disappoint us. Over and beyond what we expected. Can't wait to return. We were spoiled rotten!!! Now we have to return to the "real world." Lol. Thank you again for all of the attentiveness and intentional customer service. It's been amazing!

This is our second time staying here and I love it. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are nice and clean. If you have breakfast at the resort ask for Anita to be your server. She is very nice and and made our experience at breakfast pleasurable. She goes above and beyond!!

Though we were initially disappointed upon arrival, originally they had our room located just about as far away from everything as possible. My wife and I are both in our sixties and the walk combined with the heat would in itself wear us out. The desk clerk moved us to a room which was more centrally located and the situation was rectified. Breakfasts were tasty (loved the island potatoes), which usually kept us full until dinner time. If you are into the party scene (which we are not) you may want to stay closer to Duval Street, otherwise the shuttle to and from downtown is very prompt, and a worthwhile perk, as is the one to and from the airport (we did not rent a car, so we were dependent upon them). We enjoyed the pool more so than the beach (the water was full of seaweed) but it was still very beautiful. One thing that was not the hotels fault was the heat, it was very, I mean VERY hot! Other than that, we had a great stay.

We just got back from a week at the resort, it was so nice and relaxing. We really enjoyed the stay and the free shuttle downtown with Johnny and LuAnn but had major concerns with Vee. Johnny and LuAnn were upbeat treated as we boarded and exited answered any questions we had and gave recommendations on places to eat. However, we had a not so pleasant experience with Vee. When boarding the van Vee never once looked up to say hi and was focused on looking up guns on their phone, when questions asked they were ignored. Not a very pleasant person at all and felt uncomfortable on the ride. That really is the only complaint I have, other than Vee everything was great!
