Stayed for 4 nights 5 days great little resort directly across the street from the beach. Great pool side bar and the staff is 5 star. We had a great time one shoutout to the daytime tiki bartender Hemmath excuse the spelling he’s particularly awesome! Remembered our room number our drinks and no matter how busy he got had a smile on his face. Keep him he’s awesome! Thanks for a great stay we will back.

I travel frequently and never more disappointed than I was in this experience. My highlights were location…right across from Smathers beach and daily shuttle was great… My review is due to very poor customer service…I paid for ocean front and they gave me view of parking lot and trees and didn’t even try to find available room with pool view…gave me a hundred dollar credit and that’s it…still had to pay price for ocean front…would not recommend this resort…stay at hotels or VRBO downtown…save your money!

"Ants, pubic hair, and bugs….paradise"

We just returned from 2 nights in “paradise”. Shortly after checking in we found ants all over the counters and baseboards. Went to the front desk to report this and I was asked “do you want us to do something about it?” Yes, please. Their attempt to resolve the issue was someone spraying a small area for a few seconds then leaving. No attempt to look at the other areas for ants. We returned to the room to find more ants and bugs crawling on our bed. I returned to the front desk again to find a gentleman at the front desk on his phone. I told him the issue and he literally said and did nothing, just stared. Another lady walked over and offered us another room that was on the first floor. We woke our kids up, packed up and moved rooms. The sound of elephants above us was a better alternative to ants, bugs and pubic hare on the floor. I asked the front desk supervisor for any compensation since paid a lot of money for this experience and I was offered 2 drink vouchers. Toilet paper handle was broken off the but that was the least of our concerns. Also note gratuity is automatically added because it’s spring break or at least that’s what the staff told us. Pick up dinner to go back to the room 18% added due to spring break. That’s a first. Food was average bar food at best. Please see pics of our experience and decide for yourself if you want to stay at this paradise. Shuttle option was good!
