Leo at the bar gives great customer service and is always 2 steps ahead! Maria gave great excursion tips and the golf cart rental was seemless!

We spent a lot of time at the pool, and honestly, it was one of the best parts of the trip. Agoite was amazing—she made sure we had chairs first thing in the morning and checked on us throughout the day. What I appreciated most was not having to get up at the crack of dawn to compete for chairs. That alone made the experience feel relaxed instead of stressful, which you don’t always get at busy resorts. The pool area had a great vibe, but the service is what really stood out. Agoite went above and beyond and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Would absolutely come back for that experience alone.

We visit Margaritaville Beach House Key West multiple times every year, and it continues to be our favorite place to stay on the island. The location is perfect — with the beach right across the street and convenient shuttles that take you straight downtown. The food easily ranks in the top 10 compared to many other places we’ve eaten around the island. But what truly makes this resort special is the staff. Every single person is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We especially look forward to seeing Levon every time we visit. He always goes above and beyond to make our stay even better. We can’t wait for our next trip back!

The resort was excellent. People so friendly and helpful. Being a hotelier I would recommend just a few small changes: our room, room 203 needs a lamp in each bedroom for more light as well as at least 3 more wastebaskets. We asked to have wine glasses in the room which came but would be nice to automatically have them. I did miss the normal blender and margarita glasses from other resorts. And if at all possible, you need more chairs around the pool, maybe get rid of two of the private cabanas taking up so much room and often unused. We absolutely adored both Levan and Levani, amazing in every way.
