This is a really cool place. Great people, location is directly across from sandy beach, pool area is so relaxing, multiple bars and exceptional food restaurant. If you are looking for a relaxing get away with great staff and a unique cool Margaritaville theme, this is THE place to stay. Kudos to the management team at this property for creating an amazing customer friendly tropical vibe Fins UP!

When we checked in they were very friendly! Got to our room & there were a few issues. Went down to the desk & talked to Yveline & she was so helpful & was so willing to help us! She tried to get us a new room but they were full so we stayed & ended up loving our room as Yveline said we would!!!! Every time we walked in Yveline would wave & had the biggest smile. I felt like we could go to Yveline for anything & she was more than willing to give advice or suggest something! She truly was one of the BEST!

Front desk check in was a horrible experience. Staff member not helpful and made a stressful situation worse. Room needed deep cleaning; bathroom grout, corners, and ledges were dirty. Pool area was great. Dining staff friendly and efficient. Bartenders good, especially the day one. Tried to get coffee one morning, but couldn't because the staff was blocking my way while they were having a conversation. Had to ask them to move. Then, when asked if they had coffee lids to same staff members(still having conversation), one replied, "Hmmm...no." I said there were some there the day before, so she went to check and came back with them. Hotel adds on fees for internet use after a short free period and an amenities fee. In most hotels these are included in price.

My stay at Margaritaville Key West was wonderful. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. I especially loved that the beach was right across the street, it made enjoying the ocean effortless. On top of that, the shuttle service into town was a great perk, letting me explore Key West without any hassle. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.
