Yet another great week at the beach house! This is our 4th visit in early December and it did not disappoint The facilities are welcoming and well maintained The staff is stellar! My absolute favorite staff member that I look forward to seeing each year is Agata, the pool attendant. We enjoy sharing family stories and always have a few laughs! Shuttle drivers LuAnn and Johnny are always fun to ride with Found out this trip that LuAnn and I share several friends as we are from the same part of South Jersey! Her husband Bob, our airport guy, from Philly is always nice to see as well! Desk staff Josie and Chris were very helpful as well as the manager. who helped us out after being inconvenienced during an event right outside our window, we thank you for this! Server Anita is a pleasure, we are visiting her home county Sweden in 2025 so enjoyed talking with her and her enthusiasm is contagious! New server Sante is lovely and a great addition to your staff Hope to see you same time next year ☀️ If I must bring up a weakness it would be the inconsistency with housekeeping...often not leaving cups for the coffee machine, leaving empty bottles on the dresser. We hope to see you in 2025!

There were four of us and when we booked we had a 2 bed room. When we got there they said it was only one bed. They’re fixed that or what they said they upgraded us but was the room we were supposed to have anyway. Front lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays. Room was clean and large enough. Pool are was a little run down. Rust on the pool waterfall display. Walkways on the upper levels to your rooms the carpeting was coming up. Definitely needed some work for the price you pay for a room. Jimmy buffet fan so wanted to try it out was just ok. Fun atmosphere.

I recently went to the Reef Relief Annual meeting at the Margaritaville Hotel in KW. The hotel's outdoor space and staff were amazing. The appetizers were truly delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outdoor event space.

We have mixed emotions about our stay but we'll start with the positives: shuttle service drivers: Johnny, Jeremy and LuAnn were amazing - always interacted with us and have great suggestions for site seeing. Chris at the front desk is literally the reason why we'd consider another stay at this hotel. He was authentic, patient and shared more about the hotel amenities than any other front desk person and concierge. There was also one upstairs night bartender who was super friendly and willing to make you any drink possible which was lovely after a long day on Duval Street. Our pauses was the upkeep of the hotel for the amount paid per night plus resort fees. Baseboards were damaged, fitness facility had one tread, missing 10lb weights, and no fans which it surprised us for Florida. Fitness room did have apples, towels and water which was nice. Food prices seemed high and it pushed us to eat in our room or travel to Duval which wasn't always convenient. Fire alarms went off one night 2-3 times at 3am and no communication to the guests the next morning that everything was OK. City turned off water supply in the middle of the night the following night after the alarms and they communicated that, but still was an inconvenience to not flush the toilet and wash hands with bottled water. Not huge issues and we had more positives than negatives but I expected more from this brand name.

We loved our stay here. Service was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. The resort is across the street from one of the swim beaches in Key West, and is about a mile from downtown. I especially appreciated Nick, the concierge, who gave us great advice, and reached out a few weeks ahead and booked Thanksgiving dinner and activities for us. He really helped our vacation go smoothly.
