Disappointed in overall appearance of Resort. Looks like it could use a good paint job. Smithers beach which is located across main street from resort, had so much coral, could not go into water without shoes. The Jacuzzi was out of order and the fire pit was not in use. The pool was much smaller in person than it appeared in pictures. The place to eat had the same menu basically as lunch and the only thing that was edible was really the cheeseburgers. The best thing I can say about the place was all the employees they were all very nice . We had breakfast there every morning, and Anita was our server. She goes above and beyond, and she deserves a lot of credit. Also, we really liked Beatty in the upper bar. As far as the resort goes, it’s not worth going to in my opinion.

We had a lovely time. This is my second time staying here. Chris at the front desk is wonderful and helpful. We got an upgraded room with a beach view. I love that they text updates. Jeremy the shuttle driver is courteous as well. We will be back for sure!

Gorgeous hotel, fantastic location right next to the beach, staff were super friendly — Nino at the restaurant is the best! Super handy shuttle to take you downtown. Pool is nice and open until 11 PM. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Went for lunch with my cousins. The staff was absolutely fantastic, especially Lilian and Anita. They were very friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. It was clear they cared about giving us a good experience, and they definitely did. The service was quick, and we didn’t have to wait long for anything, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The portion of food was also large, which was amazing for what you pay. We were pleasantly surprised by how much food we got for the price. Everything we ordered tasted great and was served hot and fresh. The menu had a nice variety to choose from, so there was something for everyone. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and relaxed, perfect for a casual lunch with family. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m really glad we chose to eat here. Thanks again to Lilian and Anita for making it even better.
