"Great stay and service"

We loved our stay here. Service was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. The resort is across the street from one of the swim beaches in Key West, and is about a mile from downtown. I especially appreciated Nick, the concierge, who gave us great advice, and reached out a few weeks ahead and booked Thanksgiving dinner and activities for us. He really helped our vacation go smoothly.

"ok experience i guess"

im torn, because, i am an avid keys visitor, not specifically key west. and for most visitor standards, this would probably be optimal. i also travel with a wife and 3 kids, and im probably spoiled by the comforts of staying at airbnb, but i just find these hotels to be slightly beat up for the price were paying and the limitations of the rooms. everything in key west is probably just beat up due to the crowd of party goers and the salt water eroding everything in its way. the best thing i did was rent a golf cart to get around. i think parking with a car would have been miserable. the hotel is far from the main action so you need to get around. the pool is nice, the staff is average, the amenities are average. i would say the concierge was fantastic. maybe some readers don't maximize this amenity, but i definitely due. mainly reservations. its not a terrible hotel, i don't think theirs may options for the kind of stays i enjoy. the mattress are ready for an upgrade. the sofa bed is a plywood. good luck on your stay. its definitely family friendlier then other properties. also the fire alarm went off at 3am on our first night and ruined our sleep. but i guess your going to find those drunk jerks anywhere.

The resort is beautiful and clean. The staff were all courteous. We got picked up from the airport shuttle driver Jeremy. He was very nice and friendly and was knowledgeable about places to visit. He also was the driver go took us back to the airport when we went back home. They have a free shuttle that takes you and from downtown, saves money. Luann was one of the other shuttle drivers that was always nice and friendly and had some good tips, there was another driver Vee she was not very friendly and would barely speak when people would greet her. The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable which is very important when traveling. The restaurant downstairs is very good. We only tried their breakfast amd everything we had was so delicious and their Bloody Mary was fabulous. We will definitely be coming back and we highly recommend it.

"Perfect getaway!"

Came for a friend’s wedding and had a super time! Property was beautiful. Loved the pool, hot tub and bar. Shuttle service was great (especially Jeremy the airport driver!). Uber drivers were always only 1-2 minutes away. Highly recommend!!
