We stayed for 5 nights and the place is great. The staff are all good and we did have a problem, that was mentioned to Yveline who dealt with it in a professional and outstanding way. We were very happy as a result. Great work and thanks to all for a wonderful stay.

Margaritaville was just what I didn’t know I needed! The food was outstanding and so were the drinks. The staff was gracious and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! And the room smelled like a sea breeze. I don’t know if they pumped freshness through the vents or what!

Pros and Cons of this resort below Pros Resort was clean and staff was friendly. Shuttle was convenient. Beach across the street was decent. Neither the pool or the beach was very crowded but we were there during the off season so it may not always be like that. Cons The food was pretty bad. Even something simple like a Hummus Plate was awful. Celery was soft and mushy and the hummus was unflavored. The first meal we had when we arrived was the fish and chips and both me and my husband were struggling to eat it. The only thing I ate that I thought was okay was the pancakes. The eggs that came with it were overdone (scrambled) and the bacon was not close to being cooked enough. One of our shuttle drivers was kinda rude but the other was great.

Great venue for a destination wedding. Very accommodating to all the guests in the party. Great, clean rooms and the staff was amazing. Pablo, Levani J., Ron were awesome. Remembered your face and your. Drink choice. Highly recommend for Key West stay. It is both an pool and beach experience which is hard to find in Key West. They have a shuttle to take you to and from the airport and a shuttle every hour to take you to Duval Street.
