This was our 2nd stay at the Margaritaville Beach House, and like the first visit, the resort did not disappoint. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The resort and the rooms were very clean. The resort ground transport driver, Johnny, was awesome. A great sense of humor and very knowledgeable of the area. Looking forward to our next visit.

Margaritaville Beach House is simply the best. Every area is clean, updated and thoughtfully constructed. Our room is always stocked with an abundance of towels, delicious smelling soaps + lotions, coffee + teas, etc. Anything you need, Margaritaville has it! The concierge service is responsive and beyond thoughtful. Our go to place to stay in Key West!

Such an all around amazing place to stay! Very close to everything, clean and as such an amazing friendly staff. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Chrissy, who went above and beyond to help to make our few days a special one, including an upgrade! Gary at the front desk and Yveline were there eagerly to meet any needs we had. Pablo the manager was extra amazing! Oh my gosh, I’ve never stayed in an establishment who had such a good manager as he who very heartfelt and sincerely will go out of his way at any time to help in anyway he could! He truly should be an example for all other others to follow! Levani at the bar and pool bar has to be one of the best bartenders I have ever encountered. He will happily make any drink you request and he not only makes it, but makes sure that it is to your liking and his charisma and personality just set the tone for a much more fun adventure at the pool bar! My family will definitely be planning another day in the future here!
