My stay at Margaritaville Key West was wonderful. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. I especially loved that the beach was right across the street, it made enjoying the ocean effortless. On top of that, the shuttle service into town was a great perk, letting me explore Key West without any hassle. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

One of my new favorite hotels in the keys. We usually stay at another hotel but gave this one a try and will for sure be back. The pool is fun, the food is great, and the service was excellent. My buddy Robert really wanted a hotdog and we comeback from being out and about and the team had a hotdog waiting for him. That’s amazing service. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Pros: We loved it and had such a great time. The service at check in/check out was awesome. Everyone was super friendly. No problem with getting more towels and waters. The free shuttle into town or to the airport was very convenient. We just gave them a tip which was appreciated. Cons: Not horrible but the room could use some bureaus. We had a two bedroom with some cabinets and 3 draws in the bathroom to put away our clothes. I just ended up living out of my suitcase. The service at the restaurant was a bit slow. Both days at breakfast we waited over 1/2 hour for our food. The waitress was really nice and friendly but it just took too long. Lastly, I think that the line for the shuttle could use some type of organization. You are supposed to wait out front for the shuttle 15 minutes prior to departure time. Everyone just huddled around the area and when the shuttle pulled up crowded around the door. There is only so many seats on the shuttle and it comes every hour. So if you can't get on, you have to wait for the next one. It should be first come first serve but there were times when people cut in line leaving others to sit on laps. Also one of the drivers didn't open the door until exactly departure time leaving everyone out in the sun waiting for 15 minutes. We had this driver twice and both time they did the same thing. Other drivers sat there with the door open so that passengers could get on and enjoy the air conditioner while waiting for departure. This review may sound like I am complaining. I'm not really. Just some of the things that we noticed. I will say this. The pros out way the cons by a lot. I will definitely return to this hotel again and again.
