Lively Hotel On Oak Oklahoma City, Tapestry By Hilton in Oklahoma City, OK

Excellent stay this past weekend! Staff was top shelf, room clean and efficient. Resturant and bar great! Patio and pool perfect! But the best was the staff. Great stay highly recommend. Location is great next door to Capital Grill and don’t skip Tommy Bahamas. The Mexican restaurant is top shelf and it’s close to entertainment and shopping.

We have traveled a lot - within the US and Internationally. This is a 3 star hotel, at best. We stayed in a 1 King Bed Room for one night over Mother's Day weekend 2025. **Room Cleanliness and Condition Despite opening only 8 months ago, the hotel already shows signs of wear and cleanliness issues. Upon check-in, I noticed the floor in our king room was dirty (the rug really should be vacuumed between guests) and there was significant dust accumulation around the windows and room edges. The carpeting in common areas already exhibits visible wear, with loose carpet fibers in several spots. **Bathroom Experience Simply put the whole shower design is horrible. The shower head only points to one area - so when you are standing to take a shower, your arms continuously bump into the grab bar. The door is not able to be opened into the shower because of the placement of the temperature control handle. The shower design is just problematic - with the door opening outward into the bathroom, so much water escapes onto the floor. (Also water leaks out when showering because there are small gaps in the door frame not covered by a plastic door sweep. To compensate, the hotel uses thick, residential-style bath mats rather than standard hotel bath towels. On the positive side, the Lockwood New York branded toiletries were excellent quality - more high-end than most hotels, and the bathroom door lock was appreciated. The hair dryer was in good condition and the toilet paper was actually better quality than you get in most hotels. **Comfort and Security The king bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows. I appreciated security features like the in-room safe and the room key requirement for accessing floors above the second. **Convenience Factors The valet service was efficient and reasonably priced at $20 per night. They do offer self-park at $18 a night, but why would someone do that instead of paying the extra $2 for valet?! While the hotel had an ice machine on our floor, the filtered water dispenser produces warm water that quickly melts the nugget ice, making it difficult to enjoy truly cold water. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning for those that like ice cold water. I wished that we had brought an insulated cup or even bought a soda fountain drink from the convenience store to have a styrofoam cup to use. There is an ice bucket in the room, but it is very small. The room did include two water bottles, but without any indication whether they were complimentary, so we opted not to use them. **Location and Service The hotel's location is its strongest asset - situated in a beautiful area surrounded by restaurants and shopping, and close to the highway, mall, Walmart, Target, CVS, and Walgreens. Willis at the front desk provided quick and efficient check-in and check-out service. **Overall Impression For a new hotel, the Lively on OAK falls short in cleanliness and attention to detail, though its comfortable bed, convenient location, and friendly service partially redeem the experience. With better housekeeping and some design improvements, this property could truly live up to its potential. Few items to note as I typically book hotel rooms based on info I see on the hotel websites, there are several items noted on the Hilton website that are NOT accurate related to the 1 King Bed Room that was booked and stayed in: - Curved Shower Rod (there is a glass door, see prior comments) - Designer Throw Blanket (no throw blanket, no spare blanket in closet either like in usual Hilton hotels) - Clock Radio w/ MP3 Connection (no clock radio in our room) - Easy to Set Alarm Clock Radio (room didn’t have alarm clock) - Iron (however, there is a steamer in the closet) - Iron/ironing board (there is a steamer in the closet, see prior comments on requesting an iron and ironing board) - basd Bath Amenities (They have Lockwood New York branded shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion). TLDR: would we stay again, yes - this is likely one of the nicer 3 star hotels in OKC and can't beat the location.

The hotel looked brand new and located in a super cool shopping area that is currently being built. Beautiful lobby and terrace area with a small pool. I loved the firepit and outdoor sitting area. The rooms are modern, clean and charming! Loved the bed - super comfy and wonderful linens and duvet. The bathroom products smelled amazing! The only con - no coffee maker in the rooms. There is a cute kettle with a coffee tea bag. If I were the hotel I would add a complimentary coffee bar for guests because right now there are no coffee shops in the center. I got a latte from the bar but unfortunately it was not the best. This will be my place to stay in OKC!

My family loved our stay at the Lively Hotel! All of the people who work here are top-notch! The hotel restaurant had amazing, personable, and attentive staff. The hotel itself was immaculate from top to bottom. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the pool area was gorgeous! A man named Johnnie Reed was the absolute best! There are some people God created that light up any room that they enter, and Johnnie is that person. He was very sweet to my family and me, and he is just the type of person who loves people and loves his job. I hope management sees this review and pats Johnnie on the back for me for being not just a great employee but an upstanding person! Thank you, Johnnie, for who you are! God bless you!

My stay at the Lively Hotel on OAK Oklahoma City, Tapestry by Hilton was exceptional! Mr. Johnnie was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in and throughout my stay, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. He was also able to accommodate extending my stay for an additional night. The location was perfect for working and commuting downtown Oklahoma City, and the Cloud restaurant always has delicious menu options. This is why I will continue to stay at the Lively during my travels to OKC.
