Legacy Vacation Resorts-Palm Coast offers two-bedroom suites with full kitchens and exceptional amenities such as a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a screened-in balcony with seating, and bathrooms with bathtubs.

Guests can enjoy various on-site activities and amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, nine-hole miniature golf course, tennis courts, outdoor games pavilion, and a fitness center.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Parking: Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee. Motor homes, moving trucks, and boat parking are not available. Approximately two cars are permitted to park per room/suite, based on availability.
Pet Policy: Dog-friendly suites are available for a non-refundable fee of $35/night plus taxes (max $175/week) collected at check-in. Excessive cleaning or damage caused by your dog may incur a $300 charge. One dog per suite is allowed, up to 75 lbs. Please notify the hotel before arrival if traveling with a pet, as pet-friendly rooms are limited.
Resort Fee: The resort charges a nightly resort fee of $12.99 plus taxes ($14.55 total per night). This fee includes electric vehicle charging stations, resort-wide Wi-Fi access, cribs available upon request, full use of the business center (copy & fax), guest package pickup, and resort parking.
Charges & Fees: A credit card is required for all reservations, and a preauthorization hold of $100 for incidentals is collected upon check-in.

"The worst lodging experience ever!"

You get what you pay for. My wife and I were traveling with our small dogs, and since we only needed somewhere for two nights, our choices were limited. The website is impressive, but the photos are not representative of what is actually available. Our unit was extremely old, the furniture was dirty and falling apart. The mattress was so worn out that neither of us got more than a couple hours sleep in total. The smell was horrendous, like a moldy, mildewed crawl space. There was black mold growing in the shower. There were no dog waste bags in the dog walking area, and the trash can for dog waste was overflowing. The smell was awful. This place should be condemned. The condition is so bad that it wouldn't take much effort for a demolition crew to finish the job. The price advertised sounded reasonable at first, but the add-ons made the cost over $250 per night. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Clean, comfortable, spacious units. Beautiful grounds, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Close to bike trails and bikes are available to rent.

"BED BUGS AND RUN DOWN- BEWARE!"

My sons and I visited for 3 nights over the holidays while we visited family in the area. Upon first appearance, the room (Room 3A) was very nice. However, I was woken up at 1am to the sounds of my son screaming from the guest room. He had bed bugs crawling all over him and they were all over the bed. I immediately called guest services and they had the security guard move us to the last remaining room. He was very helpful and apologetic. We left the most exposed belongings in the room to be properly sanitized. The second room we were moved to (Room 17A) was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have never had any upkeep or care. Everything was outdated and holes were sloppily patched over. Upon doing a thorough bed bug search in this room, the mattresses in the bedrooms appeared to be okay but the one on the sofa bed had potential remnants of bed bugs. When we called guest services, we were told there were no other available rooms. My son that had been bitten by the bed bugs was very traumatized by the event and decided to sleep in the cold car rather than risking it with another mattress. Needless to say, none of us slept that first night. The manager called the next morning a little after 9am and offered us a new room (Room 13B). This was a very nice room and did not seem to have any bed bugs. The only compensation the hotel would agree to was to reimburse us for the first night and refund our resort fees (which are ridiculous considering the fact that the property is run down and has very little in the way of amenities). My sons and I ended up spending over 1/3 of our trip moving our belongings, sanitizing everything, and repeatedly washing and drying clothes to ensure that we did not bring any critters home with us. After moving to 17B on our 2nd morning, I took a drive over to 3A to make sure that we did not leave any belongings behind. I immediately noticed that the room had been completely made up, looking as though they were readying it to be rented out again. I questioned the housekeeping Manager about it and she stated that it would be illegal for them to rent the room out before having it inspected. However, it was suspicious as to why they would make up the room if it was going to be inspected. Do not stay here!

We were very disappointed that it took so long for the lazy river problem to be addressed. We were also concerned that the front desk person was unable to convey our issues to the manager. She did not know when a manager would be onsite and our request to speak to a manager was not granted. At no time did anyone reach out to us.
