Located on the white-sand shores of Brigantine Island, Legacy Vacation Resorts - Brigantine Beach puts you close to many things to do in New Jersey. This historic beachfront resort is just a 15-minute drive from the Atlantic City Boardwalk where guests can enjoy classic amusement rides, The Wheel, carnival-style games, the historic Steel Pier, and numerous dining and shopping options.

With direct beach access, you can relax and soak up the sun on the beach, or stroll along the boardwalk. Amenities include a heated indoor pool,
restaurant and bar, laundry facility, fitness center, men and women's saunas, sun decks, complimentary WiFi, a game room, and more. Guests also have access to a 24-hour business center and on-site EV charging stations.

Guest rooms feature a studio or a one-bedroom suite. Each unit comes with a kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave, a small stove, and coffee maker. Dog-friendly accommodations are also available, subject to fees and availability.

Pet Policy: The resort allows dogs up to 75lbs in weight. Up to two dogs per unit are allowed, per stay. A $35 per night with a 5-night maximum ($175) is charged per room. Please disclose pet stays at the time of booking. Undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee. A pet waiver will be presented at check-in for each guest to sign, acknowledging the rules and fees. Guests must follow rules and regulations regarding pets. Please contact the hotel before the arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are subject to fees and availability. The fee is subject to change and applicable taxes.

Resort fee: A nightly resort fee of $12.99 per room night, plus taxes, is collected upon check-in. This fee includes many services at the resorts, including on-site amenities, electric vehicle charging stations, resort-wide WiFi access, cribs available upon request, full use of the business center (copy & fax), guest package pick-up, and resort parking.

"Do not book a stay here - not a well kept place."

This is not a 'resort'. It is an old building with the bare minimum of care given to the people choosing to stay. No bed cover except a sheet. The bathroom was awful with no way to take a tub bath as there was no stopper. The handle for the shower was hard to turn on and there were ceiling tiles broken and falling out. There were stains on the floor and furniture. The windows were so dirty inside and out. There were window blinds but no curtains or decor of any kind. If you wanted to sleep in, for get about it, no way to darken the rooms. The kitchen faucet leaked, the coffee maker was very cheap and the coffee was not worth brewing...We do not know how this property is not condemned by the health and safety inspectors! The pool area was so bad. It was raining that day and the roof was leaking, the only good thing is we were already wet. The pool water was clean, we think, but the pool itself and the condition of the area, decking etc. was horrible. The electrical lighting was broken in places and it looked ready to be an issue with the leaking roof!

"Anniversary/Birthday debacle"

Experience at this resort was terrible. Facility is old and need a facelift. Only one elevator works and it is old and slow. I booked a one bedroom. The unit is not much larger than a studio. The stove is old. The stove top uses coils that are not level. The oven door slams shut because the spring is gone. The dishwasher is also old. The tray comes of the track when loading and unloading the dishwasher and the tray that holds the knives and forks is rotting so the knives and forks fall through and get caught in the bottom. The water in the kitchen sink recedes slowly. There must be come blockage.

Absolutely a perfect location for beautiful views of Atlantic City, the Island, and of course, the ocean and beach! The historic hotel was wonderful, and the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL! Thank you for a perfect, relaxing stay.

"Such a shame....."

Sorely in need of renovation. The entry is lovely, has a 1930s vibe. Then when you go into the main tower & rooms it looks like the place hasn't been renovated or cleaned since the 1930s & takes on a tower of terror vibe. Room was unbelievably tiny, dank & just gross. Now the restaurant outside has been upgraded & is nice, bars, decent food but the rent out lounges on live music nights for $500!!! It's absolutely ridiculous. Such a shame too, because the location is fantastic, right on a beautiful stretch of beach. Will never, ever go back & do not recommend at all.
