"nice hotel"
April 2015
The hotel is nice. The exterior of the hotel could use an upgrade. Also the pyramid water park doesn't work or look anything like the photo. The room wasn't ready when I checked in at 7pm. They manager did give me free breakfast and 10% off my stay. The indoor pools are so amazing but not all are heated. Only the indoor lazy river is heated. Parking is convenient and the walkway is helpful. The staff is really nice. The breakfast restaurant is really cheap and the food is awesome. Located 10 minutes from every where you want to go. Overall a really good stay. Will return again.

"Awesome resort on the beach."
March 2015
Great Resort for the price. This hotel had everything and more than I expected. All the workers were very nice, especially Mr. Sherman who upgraded my room to ocean view with no extra charge. I will definitely come back to this resort.

"Not impressed"

Our trip started off well. We were early and needed to wait for the room to be cleaned, but we were able to use the pools. We used the pool across the street. It wasn't terribly clean, but my kids enjoyed themselves. When we were able to get our keys we were told to go back across the street in order to get to the elevator. I asked if there was anyway that was closer than going back across the street since we already had all of our luggage. We were informed that it was the easiest way. After doing some exploring, it was definitely NOT the easiest way. We dragged our stuff all over the place for no reason. Here is what the resort boiled down to: Pros- 1. Lots of pools to choose from. 2. There was a broken chair in our condo that was fixed pretty quickly. 3. Being able to use the pools while we waited for our condo to be cleaned. 4. Short drive to Broadway at the Beach. 5. Great view from the 15th floor. Cons- 1. The hots tubs would be open one day and closed the next. 2. The lazy rivers weren't open. 3. There was a used q-tip under the broken chair. 4. The broken chair pretty much crumbled when it was touched. If someone had vacuumed underneath it, they would've known that the chair was broken. 5. The smell of cigarette smoke and/or weed was present every time we went on the balcony. 6. No towels at the pools. (Fortunately, we brought our own for the beach). 7. The food place by the outside pool (Shark Bites) is supposed to close at 6PM. We went to it at 5PM and it was closed with no explanation. I saw several people attempt to go inside while we were at the pool. 8. Tons of noise. The beds are right by the front door so you hear everything. One night, I slept on the couch to avoid hearing all of the noise in the hallway. 9. They could've spent more time cleaning. My feet turned black from walking around barefoot in the room. All in all, it served its purpose. My kids had a good time in the pools, but for the price, I'll stay somewhere else next time.

"So dissapointed"

I have stayed here before but this was dreadful. Checked ahead of time ti be sure they were Covid safe with cleaning etc. it was dreadful, never saw anyone except room cleaners doing anything. Pools were disgusting, no social distancing. We had no water one day due to broken city pipe but no one advised us and when we asked they just said not their problem, no customer service. There policy was to be cashless, CC, debut card, room charge. But they neglected to tell us we actually had to get a special card at check in with a pre authorized amount to use at hotel was just a poor experience, I would not recommend. Employees had face masks but wore them under their chin or not at all.

The resort is awesome! Check in was a little long, but that’s normal! We had an issue with our room, but the front desk fixed it right of way! Service was great and super friendly. Right on the beach! If you have children this is a must. They have so many pools and golf! Bar and food right by the pool!

"Truly enjoyed our stay!"

I was pleasantly surprised. The resort featured all that we needed on our short stay. My little girl loved all the pools as did we. Checkin and check out was easy and quick. Our room had a few flaws With the stove, fridge, safe and over the sink light. Besides the little and minor issues, our room was very clean and quite. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
