Landmark Resort is within 2 miles of the Family Kingdom and within 3 miles of Broadway at the Beach attractions and Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Landmark Resort guestrooms offer microwaves, refrigerators, premium channels, and furnished balconies. Other amenities include an on-site restaurant and lounge, newly renovated indoor and outdoor pool facilities, mini-golf and covered parking garage.

A $100 refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in. Young adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Local Residents Policy: Landmark Resort does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina. Reservations booked by residents of these counties will be canceled and reservation deposits will be forfeited.

Resort fee and booking fee will be paid upon check-in.
Balance due must be paid by credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match that of the reservation and valid ID.
Your credit card will be pre-authorized $250 for incidentals.

The hotel is nice. The exterior of the hotel could use an upgrade. Also the pyramid water park doesn't work or look anything like the photo. The room wasn't ready when I checked in at 7pm. They manager did give me free breakfast and 10% off my stay. The indoor pools are so amazing but not all are heated. Only the indoor lazy river is heated. Parking is convenient and the walkway is helpful. The staff is really nice. The breakfast restaurant is really cheap and the food is awesome. Located 10 minutes from every where you want to go. Overall a really good stay. Will return again.

Great Resort for the price. This hotel had everything and more than I expected. All the workers were very nice, especially Mr. Sherman who upgraded my room to ocean view with no extra charge. I will definitely come back to this resort.

we love the overall experience of Landmark . We stay there because it is one of the few places where our whole family can be in one unit..Our only issue is that the decor is extremely dated in 70's/80's furniture that is not comfortable or adequate for the number of guests in our party...The food at all 3 on sight options is always good and price efficient...The price is a little high considering the condition of the furniture in the living room..The beds are excellent and we enjoy the walk in shower and garden tub in the condo..

Water pressure is literally non existent on upper floors so get a room on the 6th floor or below. We are are the 14th and literally can not wash our hair well, the pressure is that low. It’s bad! Indoor pool is freezing! We thought it would be heated, well it’s not. We are disappointed since it rained today and will rain tomorrow and it’s way too cold to enjoy. The 17 water features are 7 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers that no one can use, 2 pools, 1 lap pool, water park ( great for little kids) 2 baby pools and 3 1ft water areas. The putt putt and water park are across the street. There is a covered walkway over the road to the parking garage. It’s a hike to your car in the garage. So be prepared. Our biggest issue was the non existent water pressure in the VERY dated and abused shower. It needs major updating there. The water is a trickle I’m not kidding I’m just shocked they allow this to go on. Management knows and says “that’s just how it is on the upper floors”. Really?!?! Yeah, no. Otherwise nice place. It’s card only NO CASH is accepted which is a major hassle for those of us who are cash people. Do not stay on the 14th floor under the penthouse. Every move they make is heard in your room and if you have late night party people, it’s awful!!! If pot smoking bothers you, then just stay out of Myrtle altogether. NO ONE does anything about it at ANY hotel so just deal with it. If we can get a room with a decent view and water pressure, we will come back. Otherwise the non existent water pressure has been a deal breaker. The penthouse is on the 15th floor and something tells me they have good water pressure. Money talks I guess. 🙄

I CANT MAKE ANY OF THIS UP! I stayed at this resort on August 30th 2020 I emailed the hotel and I never received a response back. My email had only stated that I was reaching out to see if I could talk to someone about my stay. I waited for a couple day’s and still haven’t received an response . We decided to take a trip for 3 days and honestly I wish I would have picked a different hotel . I don’t even know where to begin. When I first arrived there was food in the entrance where you have to come through because you have to park far in the parking garage and walk like miles to get to your room. If you are traveling with elderly or if you need assistance I highly recommend you ask for a room closets to the elevator from the parking garage as possible! The walk wasn’t a problem for us because we are young and healthy! Rewind back to the food, the food was fine because I figured maybe a kid had dropped it there and someone would pick it up. Well the next day that same food was still in the hallway scattered on the floor! Next, we entered our room ... I went to the bathroom and I didn’t like the wear and tear on the toilet or tub . It’s like both was cracking or peeling but I overlooked that because I’m like ok maybe they just need some renovations around the place. I goes to take a shower and what do you know? No wash cloths! They only had towels and hand towels so we washed with a hand towel for a day because front desk was far from our room so I made sure to call and ask could my room be serviced for the next day to get some. Next, I walk by the bed and as I’m walking from out of the bathroom and also by the bed there is literally 2 spots I kept stepping in that was sticky ... it’s GUM permanently stuck to the floor so I had to wear my flip flops the whole time . BOOM ... next thing you know it’s a dirty napkin on the floor . This just threw me in a loop hole . I picked up the napkin but I instantly wanted to change rooms and my husband is such a “it’s ok person” it grinds my gears sometimes . So I didn’t complain about all of these “little” things I was noticing. The ceiling was peeling as well . Not only in my room but also in a lot of areas of the hotel. Let me finish up my room stay before I get to the outside of the room .... The 2nd night of me staying there I had a small bug on my headboard AND also one in the sheets. I didn’t know what it was and I instantly got scared . Yes it was very small and to most that’s not a big problem but to me it really was!!! The room we got ended up getting had 2 beds not 1 so that was a blessing because that night I smushed in the bed with hubby. Didn’t know that’s what we paid for but for 1 king bed it cost more so we had settled for that anyways!!! Those were small little bugs but I didn’t even mention the bug my husband killed in the bathroom and I made him take a picture of that as well . I’m sure this one was a roach. Oh and yes how could I forget about the stains on the sheets I seen the 2nd night and also whatever was at the bottom that looked bleached . Idk maybe it was made that way smh. I will attached all pictures! Before we traveled I called this hotel to see if pools were opened . Someone informed me that all of their pools were open. I couldn’t wait to splash in the lazy river . Welp those were closed including other pools so don’t get excited right now for 16 pools. Even some of the jacuzzis were open but wasn’t even operating . One looked just dirty and the one me and my husband was in was freezing cold . It wouldn’t get hot so we waited until other couples got out of the other ones. I looked up and again, another wall falling apart but this one looks like it’s bugs all in it plus they had a crack in the window. I mean this was the most horrible experience I ever had . I was just so ready to go home!!! I can’t remember 1 great thing about this hotel besides it being on the beach! I wanted to speak out to someone but no one ever even emailed me back! That really sucks as well but whatever . I also didn’t like the smell of this hotel . It honestly just smells old and I feel like they need to update it but on a serious note I had a really bad experience . If you do visit this hotel I recommend you just check out the room your in and do a deep inspection and if it’s not to your liking then switch rooms . I will know next time but I wish I would have complained earlier . I really wanted to just talk to someone but since I never got an response I just decided to do a review and maybe they will see it and update a few things . .

"My Worst Stay in Myrtle Beach."

This is the first time I have ever stayed here and it was terrible. I had gotten here the morning of my stay to ask when our rooms would be ready and if we could leave our cars. They said our rooms would be ready around 4:00pm and that we could use the amenities in the meantime. 4:00 comes around and we still hadn’t gotten a call. I went to the lobby just to find about 10 more parties wanting their rooms. There was a long line so when I had finally got to the front, they had said “Your room is not ready.” About an hour had gone by, and of the rooms were ready. By the time the other one was ready it was 7:30 pm. We had gotten in our room ready to rest, but the whole room smelled like weed and cigarettes. My family is very allergic to the smell of smoke. I went back down to tell the employees that we could not stay in that room. They simply said, “ I’m sorry we are short on staff and we cannot do anything about it. If you want we can give your money back and find a different hotel.” How convenient for them to tell us to leave and find a new hotel on a major holiday. It was going to be impossible to find any available rooms. We had to stay in the room and now I have a cough, a raspy voice, and very red eyes. They simply did not care to give us a new room. I am never staying here again. This is inhumane and I would think twice about staying here if you have any respiratory problems and children. Having to travel seven hours just to get sick, is not the greatest idea of a getaway.

Needed a break from being home, decided to go to beach. Landmark was easy access and parking. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Carpet looked new and no stale smell. Everyone was abiding by social distancing guidelines. Would recommend this hotel.
