  • Local Residents Policy: Landmark Resort does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina. Reservations booked by residents of these counties will be canceled and reservation deposits will be forfeited.
  • All fees will be paid upon check-in.
    Balance due must be paid by credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match that of the reservation and the valid ID. Your credit card will be pre-authorized $250 for incidentals.
  • Daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally, all rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay for main building rooms. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required. Trash will be emptied upon request (for main building accommodations).
  • Young adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Landmark was a great place to vacation. We were very pleased with the customer service as well as our overall experience. The only negatives we experienced were dirty floors which got my babies socks and clothes filthy after playing in the room and the build up of grime , mildew, or mold on the children’s pools and the hot tubs. A very good place to stay. The Gazebo restaurant was beautiful with a great buffet. Staff were helpful and courteous. Not enough disable parking available near the front of this resort. I would recommend it to a friend. Our room was very clean and tidy.

The first room we got was moldy, beat up furniture lamps and smelled like urine. Sherman immediately got us a better unit. Shame on the owners of that condo for not keeping it up. Room 1232;nasty. So the place needs a renovation badly. I appreciate the heated pool outside but the pool area is ugly and in need of updating. The bartender at the Tipsy Turtle is rude . He also evidently oversees the pool area outside and he yelled at little kids, was rude to his customers and was rude when speaking to people around the pool reprimanding young guys for their music being too loud, tries to intimidate and horrible approach. Several at the pool were talking about his rudeness. The girl at the waterpark was rude too. They need lessons in customer service and may I suggest that Sherman at the front desk and Mike in security could teach them how to treat people because Sherman and Mike are the shining stars of this place. Sherman took care of a major mixup with our new room which caused us a big inconvenience but he made it right and most importantly was so professional and kind. All of the security guards were very kind. Mike especially. This will be my last time coming here and I have stayed there several times but it was too much hassle and I don’t appreciate the dude at the bar acting like a prison warden. Thank you Sherman, you’re the best and I wish you could clean house here figuratively and literally.

There is one main building at the resort. There are a total of 15 floors with a total of eight elevators.

Yes. The Gazebo Restaurant serves breakfast starting at 7 am and Latitudes Grill serves lunch and dinner. There is also a poolside bar. The poolside amenities are seasonal. A gift and sundry shop are also located on-site.

The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in and is required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Landmark Resort charges a nightly resort fee, due upon check-in. The following fees are charged upon arrival at Landmark Resort: Booking Fee - this fee is collected per stay.
