Landmark Resort is within 2 miles of the Family Kingdom and within 3 miles of Broadway at the Beach attractions and Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Landmark Resort guestrooms offer microwaves, refrigerators, premium channels, and furnished balconies. Other amenities include an on-site restaurant and lounge, indoor and outdoor pool facilities, Seasonal Waterpark, and a covered parking garage.

H2Oasis Waterpark is open seasonally. Waterpark hours are subject to change and weather-permitting.
Indoor Water Features: Open and heated year-round.
Outdoor Pool: Open year-round. Heated seasonally approximately October through May.
Outdoor Lazy River: Open and heated seasonally approximately March through October.
Outdoor Whirlpool: Open and heated year-round.
Outdoor Kids’ Pool: Open seasonally.
The H2Oasis Waterpark is open seasonally. The waterpark will be open for the 2024 season: March 22, 2024 – October 20, 2024.

Local Residents Policy: Landmark Resort does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina. Reservations booked by residents of these counties will be canceled and reservation deposits will be forfeited.

All fees will be paid upon check-in.
Balance due must be paid by credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match that of the reservation and valid ID.
Your credit card will be pre-authorized $250 for incidentals.

Daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally, all rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay for main building rooms. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required. Trash will be emptied upon request (for main building accommodations).

Young adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Great manager (Sherman). nice hot tubes. Housekeeping could be better and more consistently. The air-conditioned could be fixed to go below 66. Bed was hard in bedroom. Living room bed was soft. They definitely need to clean out the bottom of the hotel on ground level (there storage area) looks like someone hoarding

The bathroom shower had mold in it. The toilet handle was completely broke off. No locks on inside door. We had to put a chair to secure door. No trash cans in room. No housekeeping. At 1030 day of check out, employee knocked on door then opened it and ask were we checking out 11. The bar and grill was closed at 7 instead of 9.

Very dirty rooms and poor amenities. The floors and all surfaces need to be cleaned. Elevators and lights in common areas are filthy. Only bright spot was Jasper, who took care of opening and setting up our meeting room. He was very professional and helpful

Great location- just minutes away from all everything - just a few feet to the beach or the many water features in the resort-great swimming spot- all 3 visits, ended up with great rooms. Even though it’s a busy hotel, I feel completely safe there.

I went with my kids for spring break. As soon as we arrived we found out the waterslide is not working. The front desk stuff for the most part was very rude. I upgraded the room to partial ocean view room but prior to getting it I asked to be clean due to dirty bathtub. On day 3 I went to the frontdesk and asked for a housekeeping. The ceiling is pilling. When we got back that night, the room was not clean still. Overall very bad experience with stuff and really dirty room. I would not recommend it to anyone, not to mention it cost me $200 a day. Horrible experience.
