"nice hotel"
April 2015
The hotel is nice. The exterior of the hotel could use an upgrade. Also the pyramid water park doesn't work or look anything like the photo. The room wasn't ready when I checked in at 7pm. They manager did give me free breakfast and 10% off my stay. The indoor pools are so amazing but not all are heated. Only the indoor lazy river is heated. Parking is convenient and the walkway is helpful. The staff is really nice. The breakfast restaurant is really cheap and the food is awesome. Located 10 minutes from every where you want to go. Overall a really good stay. Will return again.

"Awesome resort on the beach."
March 2015
Great Resort for the price. This hotel had everything and more than I expected. All the workers were very nice, especially Mr. Sherman who upgraded my room to ocean view with no extra charge. I will definitely come back to this resort.

"DON"T STAY HERE"

If a room with ratty carpet, dingy walls, nasty beds, filthy floors and disgusting amenities appeals to you..then you found your "premiere" vacation location! I don't know what is more disturbing...the people who gave it high ratings...or the filth and condition of this place. Do not stay here...go somewhere else. #gross

"Terrible experience"

The people at the front desk were just rude. The woman who checked us in just walked around for 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. The rooms were clean but outdated. After we checked out they returned my deposit, then made a $48 charge. I called to ask them about it and I spoke to two different people and no one could seem to figure it out. The customer service was just awful. I will tell all my friends how awful this place was. We spend many weekends there year round. Stay almost anywhere else.

"old hotel"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5

Hotel/condo is very outdated. Room was clean and comfortable for the most part. Mattresses were old. Murphy bed was unusable. Had to call maintenance for several problems. Bathrooms needed upgrading, no grab bars, no non-slip surface in tub, no comfort height toilets. Outside elevators had odors. Lobby was okay but many walls on the upper floors were partially painted. Went to a convention there for the weekend. There were only a few handicap rooms. Our group needed many more. No security cameras. One room door was vandalized. Did have security guards patrolling at times.

"Family vacation over winter break"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed January 02, 2020 NEW
We had such a relaxing time here. The staff bent over backward to make our stay easy. From helping us find parking to immediately sending up extra towels or blankets, our wish was their command. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable! Lolling in the outdoor hot tub with the ocean a stone's throw away...what a life! The setup of the rooms was great. Never realized what a blessing it is to have 2 bathrooms in a hotel room. We enjoyed making our own healthy meals in the little kitchen or splurging to eat at the restaurant downstairs. It was a really fun, easygoing vacation!
