"Wow!"

Extremely clean and cozy rooms very quiet and friendly staff. They have a nice breakfast a swimming pool indoor and they have a really big reception area all in all we will definitely be staying at La Quinta Inn and suites for our next visit to Cleveland.

Cleaning crew was very nice, courteous and thorough. Morning breakfast was mediocre at best. We had the same hot breakfast ALL THREE DAYS!!! The biscuits were hard, gravy bland, eggs tasteless and sausage links overdone - each and every day! Frequently visited LaQuintas all over and this one stands out as a mediocre value if you want food. Nice hotel, friendly people., but PTAC was quite a bit noisy and shower showed signs of mold on faucet edges and bathtub.

Everything was great. One place for improvement, the shampoo products were in tiny containers and very hard to get the product to come out. And so environmentally unfriendly with all those tony containers needing to be recycled. Please switch to refillable wall mounted containers to save the planet!

"Mobility accessible??"

We stayed in a mobility accessible room due to late check in. I am not mobility challenged. I am an OT with 30 years experience. I am disappointed at the shower/tub. A wheelchair dependent person staying alone would not be able to access the shower head to switch it the handheld shower as it is at the shower head on the wall. In addition, they would need assistance to place the seat into the tub. Furthermore, the buttons on the handheld shower head had a black build up (mildew maybe?) around them as well as the shower head itself. The buttons to adjust the water stream also were nonoperational. Overall for us, the stay was great, but I would be concerned for a wheelchair dependent person staying alone.
