It's a great location. Within walking on the shopping street Duval and to Hard Rock, as I'm a Unity Member and Collector. They have valet parking, although the valet the day we checked in on February 1st was trying to park and help people with luggage, so David parked himself. We also took our luggage up. The lady at the front desk couldn't answer a couple of basic questions about Key West. It was our first time there. Anyway... I gave it a 4 because the waitress (and I think she was tending bar too) in the bar both nights, I should have gotten her name, went and got me hot tea as it was cold both evenings. Also, the location is convenient. We did not eat there. Room was small. Our first room we had noisy neighbors and they did accommodate a move very quickly, so, Thanks for that. All in all, if you're looking for convenient location and valet parking then ok...but lots of choices in Key West.

La Concha was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived to the moment we departured everything was a luxury experience. When we arrived Denelson checked us in and had the best customer service and hospitality! Later that day Jennifer the manager discovered I was celebrating my birthday and had a surprise waiting in the room, which was incredibly thoughtful and unexpected! The facility is absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to come back and would recommend to everyone!

Krichelle, was amazing for us during our trip in Key West. We had a big military group and every day she was warm and hospitable to us all at breakfast. Give her a raise! We come down here for work all the time and during our stay she is always very friendly and takes care of all our needs with such grace. Thank you for making our stay away from home feel welcome.

Second year in a row. We are Lifetime Titanium Elite members and have been treated terribly . We are way past check-in time and we have been waiting 2 1/2 hours. We were Told we were getting a ‘special’ upgraded room. We would much rather have been given the choice of an on time room rather than any ‘special’ room two hours later especially when we are only here overnight. We had a similar experience last year. Manager was rude as well. Inexcusable!
