Well organized operation. Lifeguards were amazing, really made me feel safe with 3 small kids in the water park. Very impressive water park, well run, organized, definitely recommend it for anyone with kids 42” or bigger!!

Probably the worst hotel room experience ever. Check-in isnt until 4pm - unless you'd likem to "bid" on an earlier check-in where you pay an additional fee in the hopes of checking in earlier. Our 2 bedroom suite was not available until a bit after 4pm and when we checked-in we found that there was little/no shampoo, conditioner, body wash in either bathroom. Water pressure in the showers were terrible and two out of 3 of the light fixtures in the living room/shared space of the suite were all flickering as if they had not been changed in some time. My mother (66yrs old) opened the pull out sleeper only to find chip crumbs under the sofa cushions and inside of the mattress. Our mini fridge had no shelves/ seemed to shut off on occassion and we lost about $20 in kids fruit juices and deli meats because of the lack of refridgeration. There seemed to be a party happening in the hallway during the posted "quiet hours" where adults and teens were blasting music from a speaker and running up and down the halls. We called the front desk for each situation and had little/ no help. The young woman who I spoke to after our first night there asked if we wanted to go to a different room we would need to "hurry and move there" because it's first come, first served in spite of our room accommodations.

rooms are dirty beds appear to have bodily fluids manaager at bixbys tried to overcharge us and force us to tip before getting serviced he set his own rules we wanted to eat separately as we were 2 families in 2 separate rooms the manager sat at our table uninvited loudly spoke causing a scene where two separate tables turned to look saying he can either charge us one bill and we make sure we leave a good tip or 2 bills and he charges each room gratuity even though there would be less the 6 people at each party he then laughed in our face when we said he is rude and we wont be eating there anymore he then proceeded to ask how he was rude i started to tell him and he walks away they have very immature employees
