"Never again"

Tried to check in which took 45 minutes because they could not locate my reservation. Guests were drinking alcohol all over the lobby it felt like the whole first floor was a bar. One guest had a whole bottle of liquor on the table drinking in the main area. For $250+ a night this hotel is not worth it. Poor quality. The first room they gave me smelled liked cigarettes, I ended up in a room with the loudest AC unit I've ever heard.

"HUGE SHOUT OUT to...."

Our stay there was wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to many great places and it is in a safe area. (I highly recommend eating at The Dublin Yard.) the hotel's breakfast was fantastic and the safe was fabulous. Very accommodating and friendly staff, but..... Huge SHOUT OUT to Mr. Jeremy Salvador for helping my family in a situation. He never stopped helping, went above and beyond his job duties and the outcome has made a once icky situation so much better. Thank you Mr. Salvador for making my family so happy, the world needs more humans like you!!!

"Our stay"

Very comfortable hotel and well located. The bus to new York is in front of the hotel. For 10$ round trip you can take it. The breakfast is very good and staff are really friendly. Overall our stay was really pleasant. One thing is to make sure of the cleaness of the room and the bathroom. On our last night the beds were not made. But besides that this is a very good hotel to stay for a family vacation.

"Perfect for an event at hte Meadowlands"

Really happy with it. We were going to see the Zach Bryan concert at MetLife and it was ideally situated for that. Parking was easy and the hotel had everything we needed. Most importantly, the inside is seeminlgy recently renovated and the rooms look great. The outside looks a little tired and so it feels like you might be walking into an older type room situation but they are very modern. They look the rooms at Mystic- kind of a new blue modern tone- so quite a bit different than most of others and it seems like that's how the Hyatt Places are moving. We walked over to the mallish area to eat and that was convenient. Overall very happy for its purpose. I am considering looking at it next time actually that I go into NYC and trying the bus that supposedly takes you to Times Square in 20 minutes. The hotel would be a great deal for that. I had a kind of view of the city from my room so it's definitely close. Tip- If you're ubering back after a show at the meadowlands, take the free train to secaucus junction otherwise you'll be stuck there for a long time.
