"Nice stay"

This hotel was clean, staff was helpful and efficient. The extra space was nice and the small kitchen area was also great. We were also within easy walking distance to some cute shops and most importantly a great little coffee shop!

It was unacceptable. There was a daily effort by staff to Sabotage Housekeeping Service....they left no coffee had to be coached how.to housekeeping the room.

"Good stay, expensive parking"

Location was great for walking to a few fun places. Parking at the hotel was $30 per night when we went, so we parked across the way at the Ingot garage for half the price. The king bed was two twins pushed together which weren’t comfortable come morning. Tip: there was a coupon at the desk for a free game of duck pin bowling across the street which we didn’t see until the next day. Don’t miss grabbing that for a fun activity!

"Nice location, dirty room, poor check-in process"

Great location with beautiful river views and plenty of food options nearby. We felt safe walking everywhere. Unfortunately, check-in was frustrating. I had completed it in the app, but the front desk wouldn’t finalize it because the reservation was in my husband’s name, even though he was right outside parking and came in immediately after. I’ve stayed at many Hyatts and have never had this issue before. The room layout was nice, but cleanliness and details were disappointing: sticky kitchen floors, a dusty vent, glasses with condensation still on them, only one roll of toilet paper (we had to request more), no laundry bag in the closet, watered-down shower gel, and the room smelled like marijuana. On a positive note, the breakfast area was clean and offered a decent selection.
