Hotel Maya is a lovely hotel on the water. The property is clean, modern with lots of parking. There is an ample walking path along the water for a refreshing morning walk.

Excellent hotel, very clean and modern. Staff are excellent. Hotel is well hidden but very very close to the cruise terminal. Great 20-30min walk to downtown where they have all the restaurants and shops. Hotel a very nice place, rooms great, bed comfy and hotel amenities are great. Tho one small complaint, they don’t let you use any amenities till you get your actual room card keys. So no pool or anything. Disappointing on that end especially for cruisers and people flying internationally like my family and I. Air conditioner is very loud and not built in with the room vents. As it’s attached to the wall by the deck doors. Very poorly done on that end given the price they want directly from hotel. And that’s not a 4.5 star for that. Otherwise, it’s a lovely place :)

It was a great experience and awesome hotel. We really enjoyed it. Clean room beautiful scenery vlean gym n pool n fireplaces my goodness. It was great. But the parking fee for $45/nights for the hotel guests is too expensive.
