The only down side was that there were not any food places within walking distance. Because it's in downtown LA there was no free parking so we close to valet. Staff were great. Everyone was so friendly.

The room and view was beautiful. The service was top notch. Genaro and Juan were very professional and attentive. The food was delicious and they had many options. The location was ideal for what I needed to be close to. The pool and gym are nice as well.

I was in town for a business event. It was a convenient stay as it was proximate to the event venues which helped at a stressful time. I usually don't leave reviews but I am making an exception because the staff really deserves to be publicly praised from the gentleman at the desk when we arrived to the time we left. I had to go to an award show and needed my clothes pressed in less than 24 hours after traveling. I had to be on the red carpet at 11am. Because I was so late in being able to let them know they said they might not be able to get it done in time. But Blanca who coordinated the service was my guardian angel. I got a knock on my door at 8:30 the following morning. She had placed an extra call to the cleaners to make sure I had my clothes. That meant a lot to me. I didn't have cash on hand to tip her but I hope whoever sees this from the hotel will reward her generously for the amazing job she did. The kind woman who handled my breakfast room service both days was tremendous as well. I have nerve damage from sports she brought my food in both days and set it down for me. It was truly like staying with family and thanks to these lovely souls I will be staying at the Indigo every time I return to Los Angeles and IHG properties everywhere I travel. There's a trust factor you really can't buy. It was like staying at an aunts house with a cool bar. Much love to the amazing staff. IHG should see what the indigo is doing and make that the standard for all of their properties. Will be back! And next time with cash on hand!

I stayed here for a work trip and it was perfect! The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were stunning and they upgraded me to the 18th floor which had stunning views. The bed was comfy, the showers were hot and luxurious and I genuinely enjoyed my time on the property! Sadly the day I arrived the pool was closed for the bulk of the day for a private event, but the hotel staff was so accommodating. They called me an Uber to visit their sister property, the intercontinental, where I was able to enjoy the pool for the day before my business meetings. They have a really nice gym, rooftop pool, ano outdoor patio area that I was able to enjoy during the rest of my trip at Hotel Indigo. I also had really great food at the restaurant in the lobby. 'll definitely be back here!

Hotel Indigo was so nice and in the perfect spot in LA! The staff was so accommodating and the rooms so clean. The rooms have a great view of the city. The central location makes it easy to get around LA if you are visiting and want to explore the city. I will definitely be coming back here!
