Absolutely loved our stay here, it was our favourite hotel from our trip! The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a lovely bar/restaurant area. We liked the bar on the top floor too which had amazing views. We had food in the restaurant one evening and the burger was one of the nicest burgers I've ever had! Our room was lovely and spacious and felt very clean. We also loved making use of the decent sized gym and the pool. All staff members we encountered were very professional, friendly and welcoming, especially Brenda. The only thing that would stop us booking again was the location as we didn't feel particularly safe walking about in downtown LA on an evening, so ended up spending more on Ubers. However, the hotel is well located on a safe and quieter street. I would love to stay in other hotel indigo hotels in the future!

The hotel itself was awesome but I wish I could say the same about the check in process, staff and service. It has been 6 weeks since my stay and I am still trying to get my $100usd 'hold' released on my credit card. After being told multiple times it is my banks fault, despite the bank confirming it is definitely a charge and not having this issue anywhere else on my trip throughout the USA and Canada, Andrew Lazowski is now ignoring my emails and proof of the release being confirmed. Absolute scammed, be aware!!

Hotel Indigo was a beautiful place to stay with the most kind and helpful staff! Me and my nephew arrived earlier in the morning and were so grateful for the flexibility with an early check-in for us tired travelers. Andy was the first face we saw, and he set the tone for the rest of our stay—thank you to the entire staff for providing us such a good experience. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo!
