It is our last day at this hotel after a 2 night stay. We have found it to be excellent and here is why: - great pool on floor 4 with great views - fabulous views which are even more amazing at night with the city lights - food in the restaurant was very good and special mention to Nancy who we liked and made our stay extra special with her excellent customer service skills and interest in our stay - room very spacious & beds comfy - hotel decor is amazing - great bar on floor 18 with fantastic 360 degree city views - complementary coffee / tea in bar area on a morning Would recommend this hotel and we will stay here when we return. Only small gripes were you need the correct cup for room coffee machine so check on this if you plan to use. Iron lead very short so bring your own travel iron or adaptor. Other than this a great stay. Thanks Lisa Fisher

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Indigo LA. I booked two connecting Junior Suites by phone to accommodate my autistic daughter. We arrived after a 4-hour drive to find the rooms not connected. Staff were rude, dismissive, and eventually downgraded us to standard rooms without telling me — and charged us more. The manager offered breakfast as a solution and said the difference was $15 — it was over $100. I was ignored when I tried to call back and told I wouldn't get a refund. To make matters worse, we found a bug in our room service dessert, and I was charged even more later despite being told it was adjusted. This was meant to be a healing trip for my daughter after losing her father. Instead, we felt mistreated, overcharged, and completely disregarded. I’ll never stay here again.

Great beds, great pillows. Staff is great. Pool and gym are great. Super accommodating and kind all around. Our room services were mostly handled by a lovely woman named Patricia, and she was SUPER accommodating and kind. She always made sure our room was spotless and came back on multiple different occasions when we had to change her normal cleaning time. She is the main reason I will be returning, I hope the best future for her. 20/10. Thanks Patricia! Usted es el mejor!

This hotel has a great location, but the interior and the service have declined over the years. The decor and the furnishings are clearly worn and need an update. The valet parking was inefficient and offered minimal service. The big problem, however, was that we got double charged for the room. The front desk, the accounting department and the management refused to refund the excess charge, despite clear proof of the second charge. My credit card company took up the fight and after two weeks without a response from the hotel, gave me the credit for the hotel’s mistake.

If you read the negative reviews it should be clear this hotel is not living up to its 4 stars with its worn furniture and sometimes inadequate staff etc. In our case the staff was generally nice. One major complaint is that the (general ?) manager doesn’t seem to understand what real customer service means. In our 7 day stay the pool was closed for hours twice for ‘a special event’ (wedding party). After complaining about this, the manager offered to refund the amenities fee for the day. She completely ignored the fact that we didn’t want a refund ( we refused the offer) but a swim in the pool. No excuse, no sense of how abnormal this feels for regular hotel guests. I therefore have little trust anything will change, whatever response the management will give.
