I was given excellent service by Sergio in the restaurant. Sergio went out of his way to be so helpful even when the restaurant was about to close. Overall the hotel was excellent Friendly staff in all areas of hotel. Everyone is keen to help. I would recommend to others.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond. The room was spotless, with comfortable bedding and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. Breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the quick and efficient check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We arrived earlier than expected and there was an available room. The front desk was friendly and efficient. This was the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. There was no traffic, no rude guests talking in the hallway, no slamming doors, no neighbor noise. It was amazing! The room was set up perfectly with a lot of space to move around. Extremely clean with hard wood floors. We used the adorable refrigerator and made in-room coffee each morning. The bed, pillows and linens were excellent. We enjoyed the roof top bar on two nights and loved seeing Petco Park and hearing part of a Sublime concert. We walked to many local places and took a Lyft to Balboa Park and Old Town. More affordable than renting a car to park.

My friend was in town visiting and on the way back from taking my pup to the dog park we were craving a breakfast burrito. I was planning to wait outside with my pup while she ordered food but they were like bring him in! The entire staff at the restaurant was soooo friendly. Top customer service! Special shout out to Sergio. He came with dog treats and a bowl of water for the pup. They offer a neighborhood discount for anyone that lives in the area. I LOVED how pet friendly they are and will definitely be back with my puppers.
