Lovely hotel, good size room, nice to have the pool and staff friendly, We were on a package with breakfast included and i would say having only 4 options to choose from 3 of which were sweet meant you were slightly bored of the options by the end, not a big deal though and the food served was very good and in typical US style - large! The al la carte breakfast looked much more exciting if you are weighing up whether to include breakfast. Location quiet but walking distance to Downtown where we relieved not to be staying! Pool a great option to just relax by when you have had enough of exploring. Lolas a small wine bar / cafe 2 minute walk awy was welcoming and good.

"All in All a Great Hotel!"

My friend and I stay here while in town for a concert and the hotel was very nice. Staff was superb, and rooms were great. We had a hard time with the interior design, but the beds were comfy, the room very clean and had everything we needed. The next day we wanted to hang out at the pool, but check out was 11am. The front had no problem watching our luggage and letting keep our key to enjoy the pool area, which was so nice, very pretty, great staff serving drinks and food. We did have to Uber everywhere (downtown, Ascend Amphitheater, etc... as this properly is on the outside of I40 near Vanderbilt U.

Looked for a comfortable and accessible spot for a college tour of Vanderbilt. Hotel was clean and great location between Vanderbilt and a healthy walk to lower Broadway. Good value also.

Not quite up to Hilton standards. Valet parking took 20 mins to start then after you check in you have to go back out there and tell the valet your room number. That took close to 25 minutes more because the one employee was off putting cars away. The room was okay. Request for feather-free pillows not followed. Restaurant on main floor closed. Bar/restaurant/pool on 7th floor was okay but limited food options with loud EDM playing on many speakers. Close to Vanderbilt but not a place to stay for nightlife
