Convention Center MAX Station and Portland Streetcar, which provides easy access to all of Portland, are adjacent to the hotel. This place is so amazing. I have been to many hotels and I have to say Eastlund is the best! Hands down. Me and my boyfriend were treated so well. You can tell the staff cares about you and your stay. The valet parking is an added bonus :) We will defidently be going back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For those of you not familiar with this hotel, it is a MUST FIND FOR YOU. The staff is second to none, anticipating, meeting and exceeding every conceivable need, want or desire you could have. From Jason in valet to the front desk staff to Kristina in Sales to the GM, Jef Brown, all go above and beyond on each and every stay. The hotel offers every creature comfort that you have at home and then some. Our last stay was for 2+ weeks and things were as comfortable as if we were home. Jeff Brown is the GM and is so approachable and engaging, we asked him to come to dinner with us during our stay. He brought his wife Krystin who added a bright and kind personality to the night! A fabulous woman! We stay here about 4-5 times per yr and like it so much it has become our home away from home. There is no other property nor location nor staff that will treat you better than everyone at the Hotel Eastlund! Do yourself a favor and book your room today!!

Don't go here. $43 mandatory valet parking. Room is like a vending machine, everything is for sale. Fridge is already in use with stuff to buy. Staff kept ringing doorbell. Seriously this hotel is a horror. But I got a good view of the Denny's next door.

Hotel Eastlund is a perfectly located, comfortable hotel with all the amenities and well priced. From the awesome valet staff to the front desk and cleaning staff everyone was exceptional. We were allowed an early check in which was a lifesaver after days of driving. We had a delicious lunch at the rooftop restaurant and then hopped on the Greenline downtown. Super easy to navigate in and out of as well as use transit to soak up all of Portland. It's pretty quiet for a busy location. You hear the transportation system but it's a city so that should be expected. We will stay here again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Eastlund, and while the cleanliness and quietness of the room were commendable, my experience was overshadowed by poor customer service and questionable billing practices. After checking out, I noticed an arbitrary charge of $96 on my account. When I reached out for clarification, I was given the runaround. I first spoke to Amanda, who directed me to Mathew, stating he was the one to speak to about fraudulent charges and to call the following day. However, when I called back, I was informed Mathew doesn’t work on Fridays and that I would need to wait until Sunday. I left a message for Mathew to contact me on Sunday at noon. Instead, I received a call at 10:30 am, where Mathew informed me that he would need to consult with the manager and would get back to me by 2:00 pm on Tuesday. Despite his assurance, I never received the promised follow-up call. I am now stuck paying for this unexplained charge, and the lack of communication and accountability is deeply frustrating. If you’re considering staying here, I’d recommend taking your business across the street to the Marriott, where they not only offer a full bar, activities center, and parking but are also less likely to charge you arbitrarily. I won’t be returning to Hotel Eastlund and would caution others to be wary of potential billing issues.
