From the moment we arrived at The Continental Miami Beach, we knew we'd found a gem! The experience was truly exceptional, starting with the incredibly gracious Eric at check-in. He welcomed us with a warm smile and made the process so smooth, offering helpful information and making us feel right at home. It set the perfect tone for our entire stay. The amenities were fantastic. We particularly loved the complimentary bites offered – a thoughtful touch that really elevated our experience. And speaking of getting around, Julian was an absolute lifesaver with the bikes! He was so helpful in getting us set up and offering tips for exploring the area. He made exploring Miami Beach on two wheels an absolute joy. Later, at check-out, Julian was just as wonderful, ensuring a seamless departure. Beyond the incredible staff, the hotel's location is unbeatable. We were just steps away from everything we wanted to see and do, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all that Miami Beach has to offer. The Continental Miami Beach truly exceeded our expectations. The combination of a fantastic location, wonderful amenities, and truly outstanding staff like Eric and Julian made our trip unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!

Great customer service, nice, clean room. Food in the Dive bar was good and Vanessa was the absolute best! I would stop by for a glass of wine each night and chat with her after my long work days. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Miami Beach. Also a great central location.

Very good location on Collins on a calm area but just a block away from the beach. Double room was sufficiently large to accommodate three adults. There is a CVS on the same building and it’s open 24/7. Parking is on safe covered building but as for most places in Miami Beach, it’s $45/day for valet. We liked very much the service, staff will always give you something more than what you asked for. For example, bottles of water for the road. We received a $15 credit per day to buy food and beverages at the hotel, a nice way to incentivize trial. Finally, we loved that we could borrow beach chairs to take to beach. And then again comes the staff with sunscreen for the go!
