I needed a place to stay one night between cruises from the Miami cruise terminal. I was looking for something close, inexpensive, but also very clean. Based on reviews and my Hilton Diamond status, I chose the Continental. The rate was extremely low and because of status, we received $45 dining credit. Although an old building, furnishings and decor were fresh and new. I give the room a 10 out of 10 on cleanliness. Towels and soaps were above the average hotel. I found the front desk service to be extremely friendly and efficient. Also, the hotel is one block from the beach and they provide nice beach chairs to guests. Would definitely stay here for a similar situation in the future.

We stayed at the Hotel Continental for 3 nights after our cruise. It was an amazing experience from the moment we stepped through the door on the first day. Special shoutout to Franco who helped us check-in early on that first day and on the last morning surprised us with some chocolate bars as we checked out. We really enjoyed our egg cups at breakfast which was a pleasant change from the regular breakfast offerings at chain hotels. Also, we wanted to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation of the exceptional service provided by Vanessa each evening when we visited the hotel’s unique wall bar for Happy Hour. To say that she goes above and beyond is an understatement. She even provided us with tea and lemon when we returned to the hotel later in the evening which was a lovely little touch. If you are looking for; a well managed, smaller boutique hotel with a great atmosphere and location in Miami Beach then look no further than the Hotel Continental.

i visited miami a few months ago and found myself needing to come back a lot sooner than expected so i was thrilled to stay here again ! this time it was only a few day solo work trip, so it was really nice to stay somewhere i knew i would feel comfortable and safe. once again i was greeted with leylas warm smile and she had julian help me with my bag, even though it wasnt heavy at all he insisted and took it to my room for me. everyone is so friendly it really does feel like a second home, even for a few days. plus the location is great, there are lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. on my way out i unfortunately couldnt say bye to leyla (next time!) but bris was there to say goodbye and she was just as lovely! thank you guys again for making miami memorable!

I was really looking forward to staying at Hotel Continental Miami Beach (Hilton) for a special occasion, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The front desk manager was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to address issues with my bill. The information on the hotel’s website was inaccurate, and several employees gave conflicting or incorrect details about amenities and services. It was frustrating to deal with such poor communication and lack of professionalism, especially when celebrating something meaningful. I expected a much higher standard from a Hilton property especially as a diamond member who stays in Hilton Properties at least 100 + nights a year. Sadly, the experience fell far below expectations and completely took away from what should have been a special stay.
