Katy was the absolute sweetest. She is the model of what hospitality should be. She made the best coffees and then when we went downstairs for a little hair of the dog and some carbs to soak up our sins from the night before and she made me a grilled cheese to ease my tummy. I ordered fries only but she took it upon herself to make me her comfort food. As a business owner myself, I can confidently say that whoever gets the pleasure of employing her, has a diamond. Go visit Katy: eat, drink and tip well.
